Holiday rentals with a patio in Cannigione

Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place with beach access!

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Wonderful apartment, with everything you need to spend a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential development within a private condominium. If you have a car, you will always have parking nearby. It will have a wonderful terrace with direct access to the common pool. The excellent cleanliness of the apartment is noteworthy. Danilo was very friendly, responsive and patient even when we had to check in late. In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

We were very happy with the place. It was well equipped. Angela was always quick to reach and was also able to solve a technical problem very quickly. You should have a car but then you are very quickly on beautiful beaches and in the city of Olbia. It was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment near Porto deer. The lighthouse cove area is complete with all amenities, there are 2 private beaches and a safe play area for children near the beach. The patio offers a spectacular view ideal for alfresco dining Comfortable private parking and very quick check-in Hosts available and ready for any need We will definitely be back

If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Beautiful location, modern home, close to the airport, prompt and helpful communication (allowed us to check out a bit later so I could take a work call). Couldn’t recommend more

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

The house is perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. Everything is there, right up to the washing machine. We were four adults and it was just right with the two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a couch on which two people could possibly sleep. The pool is a saltwater pool that we were really excited about. The pool / terrace has a great location, always sunny, and you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from here. There are plenty of loungers and seating available. I would like to express a very special thanks to the hosts Carlo and his wife Anna for the very nice contact and the welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a happy stay, 5min of Porto de cervo, this apartment had air conditioning in only one of the rooms. Very good quality mattresses. Great Swimming Swimming Swimming. Excellent host! Easy check in and check out. Thank Naima!

Palau is an lovely town to stay and Tomasina is an excellent host. The apartment is in an excellent location with free street parking, a 10 minute walk to the main town area and 5 minutes to a lovely beach. The apartment has a small sunny balcony overlooking the water view and a large covered outdoor area off the kitchen area which was a cool area to sit with a nice breeze in the hot part of the day. Beach bag, towels and umbrella was a nice provision.

Great apartment, so close to beach. Comms were great. Well equipped & very clean. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel welcome. Parking was easy and free, we always found a spot on the street right in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and it takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach the city center. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment
