Villa holiday rentals in Cannigione

Alessandro und seine Familie waren sehr angenehme und herzliche Gastgeber. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, besonders der schöne Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war tip top sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr zuverlässig. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und die Erholung ist garantiert. In nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg ist man am Wasser und kann auch gut den Sonnenuntergang in der benachbarten Bar Zi Anto beobachten. Ein Auto oder Fahrrad/ Mofa ist jedoch sehr für den Besuch der tollen Buchten und des Nationalparks zu empfehlen. In den Ortskern von La Maddalena selber benötigt man 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort findet man Bäcker, einem großen Supermarkt sowie viele Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Stöbern. Wir können die Insel und diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen 😊!

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften am Ankunftstag früher rein und am Abreisetag das Haus auch viel später verlassen. Das war super entgegenkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles

Nous avons passé la semaine dans le logement, une vraie parenthèse enchantée ! Nous étions en famille, avec une petite fille, chacun avait suffisamment d’espace, et les deux parties nuits bien séparées sont vraiment top pour éviter de se gêner mutuellement. Laura a été très réactive et a su répondre à toutes nos attentes. Nous reviendrons ;)

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt, perfekt ausgestattet bis ins Detail, sehr sauber ruhig und mit Besuch von sehr friedlichen Wildscheinen incl. Frischlingen. Einzig Manko sind fehlende Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sonst absolut perfekt 100% weiterempfehlung!

Beautiful spacious villa with amazing view. Walkable to beach, restaurants and market (down a steep hill), but worth it for the space and view. Kitchen was fully stocked, AC units in main room and each bedroom but only needed at night. Marco was responsive and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Pura Vida Villa!

Super schöne ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist super, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Daniela war ein super Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, echt toll. So eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie. Hier war alles da was man braucht, von der Standliege mit Sonnenschirm bis zu kleinen Aufbewahrungsdose für den Kühlschrank. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stand in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage mit 5 Häusern. Es gibt einen separaten Strandzugang wo man keine 50m hin läuft. Man merkt das Daniela die Wohnung auch selber nutzt. Hier ist so viele liebe zu Detail das es an nichts fehlt. Der Stand ist super und einen kleinen Imbiss gibt es auch für Snacks und kalte Getränke. Zu Bäcker waren es ca 500m und ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch in der Nähe. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Grundstück und es war auch immer was frei. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

Our stay at Anna Maria’s home, Via Mar Nero, was absolutely wonderful. She is truly a gracious host and I could not recommend it enough. We arrived late due to travel delays and she was very kind and showed great patience and waited hours for us to arrive to help us settle in. Then she returned the next morning to help even more. The house is the perfect size and the 2 bathrooms are great. Easy access to world class beaches! We also used it as a home base from which we could thoroughly explore the vast history of the region then return home to peaceful dinners in her beautiful garden. To stock up on essentials you will need before you arrive I would suggest the Conad near the airport. Great prepared food, wine, and essentials like paper products and soaps which you will need. Also be prepared to divide your trash and take it out daily which we were happy to do as recycling keeps the island looking so profoundly beautiful. I highly, highly recommend Anna Maria and her piece of paradise

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus auf Sardinien! Das Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an schönen Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der atemberaubenden Aussicht, die wir jeden Tag genießen konnten. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Gianni, den Vermieter: Er ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat immer schnell auf alle unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Vi semestrade som familj med tre barn vilket boendet lämpade sig väl för. Utemiljön med pool och utekök var otroligt fint. Även närheten till stranden bara över gatan var ett stort plus. För de lite finare stränderna krävdes inte mer än 5-25 minuters färd med bil. Området som villan var belägen i var otroligt mysigt. Kändes inte alls turistigt, mer som en typiskt italiensk strandstad. Skulle absolut rekommendera boendet, det hade allt!

Very nice villa with a nice sea-view - especially from the “aperol spritz corner” on top of the house. The neighbourhood is quiet and surrounded by some houses and beautiful nature. Because of the big Rock in the backyard the pool area of the villa is very secluded from the outside and other neighbours. The inside of the villa has a very homey and cozy feel to it. Everything was like described and shown in the pictures. The communication with the host (in our case Mariacarla) was very quick and friendly. We had a lovely time and can recommend this villa.

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

Catia et Giuseppe sont des hôtes très accueillants. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, le logement est encore plus beau en vrai! La vue est incroyable, le cadre idyllique et calme, la maison est propre et bien aménagée. Catia a été d’une gentillesse et Giuseppe nous a très bien accueillis. Ils nous ont aussi donné beaucoup de recommandations à faire et à visiter, un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Nous reviendrons c’est certain! Nous gardons plein de beaux souvenirs, merci

Très contents de notre séjour, du lieu, de la villa. Très bel exterieur, proche de la mer, d une promenade le long de la mer. Restaurants et commerces a proximité. Hôte très accessible, répond très rapidement a nos demandes et très agreable. La villa bien propre et la piscine, les exterieurs aussi. Vraiment contents de notre séjour.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison . La vue et l’emplacement sont parfait , au calme . La piscine est top et très apprécié surtout avec le beau temps qu’on a eu . Il manquerait peut être deux transats supplémentaires , car il n’y en a que deux sur place . Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour , Manuela est très sympathique et réactive pour toutes questions et demandes . La literie est confortable . Nous reviendrons 😀

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

We had great welcome from Mara on the first day. The Villa is internally and externally very well decorated, we can see the architect touch. There are plenty of details and very well equipped: you feel like at home. There is an amazing view from the terrace at 180* and from the pool. Just the access to the villa must be done through a long stair, but we got used to it. We had a wonderful stay and have the intention to return next year, 👌😍

Très belle semaine passés a Palau. Très bon échange avec Guido le propriétaire, et Lorenzo, qui nous a accueili et sont également réactif à nos questions. Le gîte etait parfait, très bien situé pour visiter le nord Ouest de la Sardaigne. Beaucoup de chose à proximité, pas besoin de faire trop de voiture pour se déplacer. Région magnifique. On recommande
