Excellent location in an amazing neighborhood! Condominium with many amenities, such as a gym, laundry and swimming pool! Excellent host! Quick to respond, proactive and very helpful! I would definitely go back to Luciano's apartment!

This apartment was a great choice! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! There was a treat waiting for us when we arrived, very affectionate! And Lúcio's service was very attentive too! We love it and if we need it again at any time, we'll be back!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.
