Holiday rentals with a patio in Rio Grande do Sul

Excellent apartment near the beach and Parque da Guarita. Good beds, bathroom with gas shower with good pressure. We used the terrace barbecue in the light of the full moon, overlooking the sea, on a very pleasant night in the middle of May. We recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy Torres in comfort.

The space, although small, is quite optimized and functional, serving a couple well. The decor is beautiful and has all the necessary equipment. The building has great infrastructure.

The place is perfect, quiet, and easy to access the attractions of the valley by car. The house is great, comfortable, well-equipped and with a very good space! A great place for a longer stay! We were greeted with great joy by the hostess, who prepared a very special reception right at the entrance: a coffee, chocolates and a super affectionate note awaited us, a gesture that already showed all the care and affection with which we would be welcomed. The house is impeccable — extremely clean, cozy and with a wonderful fireplace that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Patrícia was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. At the time of our departure, she came personally to say goodbye and even presented us with delicious seasonal fruits, which surprised us positively. We definitely intend to return at a future opportunity. The location is quiet, with easy access to the market, pharmacy and the main tourist spots in the region.

Marcelo's home is beautiful, welcoming and made us feel like a home! Our goal was to rest, spend a few days off in the calm of the countryside, and we were able to enjoy every second! Marcelo is a host who responds very quickly, when requested. The house has a very special outdoor area, where our favorite part was to contemplate the silence of the place with the outdoor fireplace lit, taking good wines, along with our AUmigos, included in the accommodation. Hehehe! No doubt we recommend this special home as well as we'll be back soon! Thank you, Marcelo!

all note 10. the good taste of the Markus was seen in the house detail of the apartment, and very helpful in the requests. I certainly already have a place to stay when you return to Gramado. it was well worth it.

Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

About the hosts: Clear and easy communication, they answered all questions in minutes, they did not send messages during the stay. At check-in we were well attended, they showed us the property and gave us instructions on some of its features. About the property and location: The property contains all the items and appliances shown in the images and in the description of the listing, very comfortable, gas heating in all faucets and showers, all rooms were clean and fragrant. Location is excellent, close to good restaurants, pharmacies and some tourist spots. I would stay at the property again at the next opportunity!

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.

The stay in the apartment was excellent, the space was consistent with the images. It is well structured, with basic utensils for cooking. The location is great, right in the center of Gramado, a 3-minute drive from Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Both bedrooms are large and spacious. The parking space is tight, and only fits smaller cars.

Top location, very clean environment, responsible and proactive host, I stayed 2x and if I need to I will stay again, very good!!
