L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande è un grande spazio su due piani con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni ed ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che scegliendo questo spazio soggiorneranno poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati dagli animali selvatici del nostro grande giardino attrezzato.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The house is located in northern Tuscany, in the heart of green Lunigiana, on the edge of a chestnut forest with a fantastic view of the Apennines. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday and it is not far from the mediterranean coast and the Cinque Terre (Unesco Heritage). The house and the garden are independent and for the exclusive use of the guests.

Casa di Borgo Santo Spirito

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a lounge/study, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. You can easily walk within minutes of the Station and for those arriving by car and needing to park it is no more than 100 metres from the underground car park on Via Kennedy.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines.
