Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

A private family property, surrounded by the beautiful hills of Biella, unique landscape with private gardens , pine and chestnut forests. The “Becca” hamlet in Bioglio is a privileged location for families with children, with width opened green gardens. Ideal for working in a quiet and functional context, a perfect alternative to city life. Walks in the forests and relax. Just at an hour and a half from Milan and Turin, a perfect starting point to visit lakes and Alps. Unique!

The Mountain Apartment

Relax in this spacious and quiet apartment not far from the city center. Ideal for two people, you will be welcomed by a warm and hospitable environment that will accompany you on your leisure or business trip. The apartment has free condominium parking and is a two-minute drive from the hospital and several sites of interest such as the Piazzo, Burcina Park, and the Pistoletto Foundation. Not far away you can also visit Lake Viverone and the Sanctuary of Oropa.

The rooftop retreat, Camandona

Lovely home located in a small village at an altitude of 800 meters, surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the chaotic life of every day. The location of the house allows you to walk the Alpe path that leads to the Oasis Zegna. The house has three floors and has been completely renovated, maintaining, in part, the typical style of the area. Finally, in front of the house there is free and easily accessible parking!

La Mason dl'Ansiva - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

Apartment in the center of Biella, 50 meters from the pedestrian street. Free private parking inside the courtyard. The location lends itself to easily walking to various sites of interest such as the Piazzo, the Bellone Park, the Pistoletto Foundation or the Gorgomoro. In the living area, there is a sofa bed. You will be provided with bed and bathroom linen, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and food/drinks to meet your most basic needs.

Built inside the De Giorgis building, where the city's first elevator was installed, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant stay, right in the historic center of Biella. All major points of interest in the city, the funicular, museums, the Duomo, churches, the Teatro Sociale Villani, monuments and all major attractions are within walking distance.

On the third floor of a building with a very bright elevator apartment with views of the mountains complete with everything you need for a good stay. Supermarket 2 steps away... another 3 minutes away and there is the square with a bar, pastry shop, pharmacy and other shops. The historic center of Biella is easily reachable with a 20-minute walk or bus (stop below the house)

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
