We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

A place of peace and tranquility. The house is excellent to spend a few days away from everything and enjoy nature, very close to Potes where you can find everything. Very grateful for Felix who helped us with the doubts of the house and telling us to visit in the area. We would repeat without hesitation.

We enjoyed the house. Everything is new and tastefully furnished. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains in a small hamlet. At the campsite across the street, you can get bread and there is a restaurant where you can eat well. For us, this stay was worth at least 6 stars!

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Ana's house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We spent three nights to visit Cantabria, and it was very good for us to travel from one place to another. Ana always answered messages very quickly and tried to solve all the problems we had. There was a problem with the washing machine and she immediately offered to wash our clothes and return them to us dry.

What a lovely ARBNB in a perfect location in the charming town of Potes. Comfortable, spacious, light, super clean, awesome patio, free parking steps away (except Monday 10-4 market day). Bring coffee for drip coffee maker. Supermarket a 30 second walk. Gracious host. Tip for fellow travelers: if visiting Fuentes cable car def. Get an online reservation or arrive well before opening time. Parking no problem. We got there at 10:15 and needed to wait for 11:30 ride. May 27. Huge groups and others with reservation will go ahead if you if you just walk up and buy a ticket.Many waited 2 hours plus. We highly recommend this ARBNB!

A quiet area with privacy. The very nice, attentive and kind workers guide you to the room and tell you about it. Very rural, apartments together that look like a small town with its terraces and private areas. It has a park inside, picnic areas and communal barbecues. Just below the river and a different and peculiar path. We were very comfortable!! We'll definitely repeat😃

Beautiful and traditional accommodation in the middle of the mountains. Ideal if you want to get to know the local life in remote villages and take walks in the mountains. We felt at home in the accommodation and it had everything we needed. The restaurant just across the street was also very pleasing.

It was a lovely, pleasant and comfortable weekend. We loved everything, the location, the facilities, the hosts, the things to do in the surroundings... we will definitely repeat.

Great stay, good location

Comfortable, quiet accommodation with views. Martin was very attentive and showed a lot of willingness. The house was just like in the photos and as described. The location was ideal. The eggs were a nice touch.

Iganacio and María Jesús were very accommodating. They gave us detailed directions to the village. The house is super cozy, it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, the wood from the stove is provided by Ignacio, without ever missing it. In the village there are no markets, so bring what you need to eat. 2 km down there is a bar where you can eat. The mountain route does not generate any inconvenience to get to the house. The surroundings of the village are unbeatable, nature to the full! Undoubtedly, the hosts, the house and the village are to recommend to those looking to spend a few days disconnecting.

It's been a great stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had the thoughtfulness to turn on the heating before we arrived, which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were for winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts but very close to the urban center, even on foot. Very good communication, he was always there for us and made very good recommendations. If we were to go back to Comillas, we would definitely stay with Luis again. It was a real pleasure!!

We were 11 family, 6 adults, 3 adolescents and 1 girl. We all loved the house, garden, porch and patio. There was room for all, and for all activities. Juan Jose was very attentive to us, and the truth was that there was no problem with the house, its facilities, and its equipment. The antique furniture was beautiful and interesting, especially the sink in the bathroom in the master bedroom. We liked it so much that we will surely stay at La Casa de las Palmeras again. We felt like a very cozy house, useful and ideal for so many people. The cleanliness was spotless. It has more than enough crockery, towels and cleaning products for the stay. Something we would have liked to know is that I had a BBQ option, it was not specified. A very quiet, pleasant and beautiful area. To do the chekin and the guest registration we were forced to leave the Airbnb page and that creates a bit of insecurity, but it's totally safe. What we didn't like was that checkout was so early and the amount to pay for the delay was high. For the rest it was a place to stay of 10. The response from the "tenants" through the app was very fast.

Authentic Casona Cántabra with all the features that make this are and it’s people great . With easy access , lively decoration and 15 mins drive to all the beaches and towns worth visiting in the area .

We loved the mintxu villa, ideal for disconnecting. Mintxu is very attentive at all times.

We, 3 families of 10 people, had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable place. The space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway and even exceeded our expectations. Anna is a fantastic host—she was always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and walkable. Highly recommended!

Exceptional location. The house is very well equipped, everything was clean and we were at ease.

Just perfect as a centre for walking in the Picos. The village is tiny, just a hamlet, but less than 5km from Potes (restaurants, shops). The house is huge, each bedroom is lovely and spacious, beds are comfortable, windows open to amazing views of the mountains and hills. The outside space is equally amazing, beautiful lawn to sunbathe on, huge verandah to BBQ on, plenty of parking. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms all have bath with shower over, there's a utility room with machines etc. WiFi was quick and supported 4 of us all browsing/streaming at the same time. Absolutely recommend - we were genuinely sad to leave
