Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. The house was great, very clean and comfortable and decorated and furnished with many personal and attractive touches. Being on the edge of the village, with wonderful views, it felt very private, especially as we used the covered outside seating area for meals. Highly recommended.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place! Stunning views of the mountains. Completly away from everything. A comfortable and very peaceful place in an extraordinariy beautiful setting.

Ana's house is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We spent three nights to visit Cantabria, and it was very good for us to travel from one place to another. Ana always answered messages very quickly and tried to solve all the problems we had. There was a problem with the washing machine and she immediately offered to wash our clothes and return them to us dry.

The cottage is wonderfully quiet and the view is a living postcard that you keep looking at. Wonderful swimming pool almost always private. In the kitchen, there are also a lot of kitchen utensils, which is very pleasant. Communication with Alberto was always very fast and friendly. In short, a fantastic place for those who love nature and tranquility.

Beautiful and traditional accommodation in the middle of the mountains. Ideal if you want to get to know the local life in remote villages and take walks in the mountains. We felt at home in the accommodation and it had everything we needed. The restaurant just across the street was also very pleasing.

It was a lovely, pleasant and comfortable weekend. We loved everything, the location, the facilities, the hosts, the things to do in the surroundings... we will definitely repeat.

Great stay, good location

Comfortable, quiet accommodation with views. Martin was very attentive and showed a lot of willingness. The house was just like in the photos and as described. The location was ideal. The eggs were a nice touch.

Iganacio and María Jesús were very accommodating. They gave us detailed directions to the village. The house is super cozy, it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, the wood from the stove is provided by Ignacio, without ever missing it. In the village there are no markets, so bring what you need to eat. 2 km down there is a bar where you can eat. The mountain route does not generate any inconvenience to get to the house. The surroundings of the village are unbeatable, nature to the full! Undoubtedly, the hosts, the house and the village are to recommend to those looking to spend a few days disconnecting.

It's been a great stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had the thoughtfulness to turn on the heating before we arrived, which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were for winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts but very close to the urban center, even on foot. Very good communication, he was always there for us and made very good recommendations. If we were to go back to Comillas, we would definitely stay with Luis again. It was a real pleasure!!

Firstly let me say that Teo is an amazing host. Super responsive from the moment we booked the apartment. He couldn't do enough for us before or during the stay. When we arrived he showed us around the apartment (which we fell in love with!) and then gave us some recommendations on parking and some things to do around the local area including useful shops were like Dia. We loved the decor and the bed in the living room was soo comfy it was a struggle to get out of in the mornings. The kitchen was a generous size with everything you could need. The bathroom/utility room was a nice size too but everything was impeccably clean. The shower whilst compact had great water pressure which made for a lovely shower. We felt right at home there. My only comment is that the upstairs neighbours are a little loud walking around but they quietened down for bed time. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Cozy apartment in a small town. Beautiful new bathroom, good facilities. Alex was very helpful. And the Picos de Europa are overwhelmingly beautiful.

We were 11 family, 6 adults, 3 adolescents and 1 girl. We all loved the house, garden, porch and patio. There was room for all, and for all activities. Juan Jose was very attentive to us, and the truth was that there was no problem with the house, its facilities, and its equipment. The antique furniture was beautiful and interesting, especially the sink in the bathroom in the master bedroom. We liked it so much that we will surely stay at La Casa de las Palmeras again. Thank you very much to Juan Jose and Virginia.

We felt like a very cozy house, useful and ideal for so many people. The cleanliness was spotless. It has more than enough crockery, towels and cleaning products for the stay. Something we would have liked to know is that I had a BBQ option, it was not specified. A very quiet, pleasant and beautiful area. To do the chekin and the guest registration we were forced to leave the Airbnb page and that creates a bit of insecurity, but it's totally safe. What we didn't like was that checkout was so early and the amount to pay for the delay was high. For the rest it was a place to stay of 10. The response from the "tenants" through the app was very fast.

Authentic Casona Cántabra with all the features that make this are and it’s people great . With easy access , lively decoration and 15 mins drive to all the beaches and towns worth visiting in the area .

A corner in the middle of nature with incredible views. A house with history where you can live a unique and different experience in an ideal location near many interesting points. In addition, Diego, the host, is a kind, attentive and helpful person. Highly recommended 100% if you really want to live a unique and different experience.

The casita is beautiful, it's not missing any detail. Only 20 minutes from Santander. It does not lack detail, it is very well equipped. Ideal, we'll be back for sure

Just perfect as a centre for walking in the Picos. The village is tiny, just a hamlet, but less than 5km from Potes (restaurants, shops). The house is huge, each bedroom is lovely and spacious, beds are comfortable, windows open to amazing views of the mountains and hills. The outside space is equally amazing, beautiful lawn to sunbathe on, huge verandah to BBQ on, plenty of parking. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms all have bath with shower over, there's a utility room with machines etc. WiFi was quick and supported 4 of us all browsing/streaming at the same time. Absolutely recommend - we were genuinely sad to leave
