very responsive and accommodating owner. the accommodation and the garden are beautiful, very quiet. The only downsides are the adjoining property with the owners' home, and therefore the opposite side in the garden, and especially the lack of privacy in the bathroom and toilet, which are not in a real closed room, they are simple "saloon" type doors for the toilets. It really bothered us.

Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting the center of Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
