Perfect for what you need as a home from home. Very well equipped apartment had everything you’d need. Views are lovely. Can walk into town in 5-10 mins, if you’re not a big fan of steps or hills I’d recommend driving into town instead. Plenty of places to eat down at the harbour. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves as never saw anyone else in there! Check in was easy, instructions to find property were straight forward and found it on the first attempt.

Trini was so friendly and organized everything perfect. The communication was outstanding. The appartement is in old town but still quiet as it is on the 4th floor, reachable by elevator :-) the private rooftop terrace is a perfect place for the breakfast and for the sundowner! There is a private parking garage only two minutes walk away, so your car is safely parked. We felt absolutely comfortable at our stay, and can warmly recommend Trinis apartment.

Sergio ha sido muy atento en todo momento y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento tiene unas vistas impresionantes y está en zona muy tranquila. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

excelente!! nos sentimos como en casa , es un piso acogedor, tiene todo los utensilios qué necesitarías o tendrias en tu casa. Queríamos salir de la rutina y estar cerca del mar y fue perfecto para los niños, la mascota y nosotros 👌 una zona muy tranquila para poder descansar, bajar a la piscina o ir a la playa. repetiriamos sin duda

We waren enthousiast over het verblijf, dat we het gelijk met een week hebben verlengd. De trappen waren de eerste dagen voor mij een hele uitdaging ( net 2 maanden na een knie operatie ) , maar zijn wel een goede training geweest. Het zicht op de Middellandse Zee is fenomenaal

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Danke für einen tollen Urlaub! Wir wurden sehr nett von Mila in Empfang genommenen und die gesamte Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, um sich wohl zu fühlen und hat eine top Lage mit Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Danke nochmal :)

La estancia ha sido magnífica. las vistas del apartamento son increíbles, sentarse en el balcón o la butaca y ver el amanecer y el mar a lo largo del día es simplemente fantástico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la comodidad y todos los detalles están cubiertos. Una estancia increíble en la que repetir próximamente. Mercedes siempre atenta y amable con cualquier duda o solicitud. gracias y hasta pronto!

Es un apartamento excelente. Con una cocina de las que entras y no te dan ganas de limpiar un vaso antes de usarlo tú, pq se ve claramente que está limpio. No son ridículos con el papel higiénico, mistol, shampoo, gel de baño y otras cosas como me ha ocurrido en otros apartamentos. ¡¡HABÍA DE TODO LO ESENCIAL!! La limpieza de las habitaciones excelente al igual que las sabanas y colchones (soy de los que los mira colchones pq debajo de las fundas de colchones ¡ay madre! lo que se ve en ocasiones). Como le he dicho a Marisol, es una casa en perfecto estado para entrar a vivir. El menaje de la cocina daba gusto verlo ya que estaba en buenísimas condiciones (en otros apartamentos hay menaje del que el dueño ha desechado de su casa y ¡¡hala que se lo coma el inquilino!!) En fin, desde mi humilde opinión, si tienes dudas con este apartamento ni te lo pienses. ¡Ah!....y cerquita de la zona bonita de Cartagena. En un paseíto de 5 minutos estábamos en el puerto, plaza de San Francisco...

Nice apartments with spectacular views of the Mediterranean! Manu is an attentive and generous host. We were met with fruits and drinks on arrival and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Highly recommended!

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Los Urrutias y concretamente el apartamento es un sitio perfecto para la tranquilidad y para poder tener un tiempo para respirar y relajarte. El apartamento está muy bien comedor y cocina en el comedor grande y espacioso, una habitación con cama matrimonial muy cómoda y espaciosa… la terraza es una de los mejores espacios con barbacoa y vistas al mar. No se como estará en verano pero en semana santa es un sitio perfecto para relajarse. Cartagena está a 15 min.

The apartment was amazing, very stylish and unique! This was one of the most beautiful and spotless rentals that we have visited. Maria was great host, always responsive and very friendly. Definitely recommend her and the apartment to every design lover!

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este Airbnb. La amabilidad de Oleg hizo toda la diferencia: siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a cualquier requerimiento o consulta, respondiendo con rapidez y disposición. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y la vista desde el alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Además, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

We have already visited Raimondas' apartment several times. We like the peace of Flamenca Village and the apartment with a roof terrace. The cycling roads in the area are excellent. There was also a locked storage room for bikes in the garage. 👍 It's great that now the roof terrace also has a water hose, which you can use to wash it from the dust of the Sahara. Thanks for that Raimondas and Svetlana! We will definitely come again! 😍
