Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in Torre Doy building, with wonderful views of the bay and 150m of the peaceful Canyamel beach. It has a living room, integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower. Living room with large sofa bed, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the beach. Private parking. Airport pick-up service available upon request. IMPORTANT: A building is being constructed on the lot across from the property, with construction hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There could be more noise than usual, apologize for any inconvenience caused. For this reason, special rates are offered temporarily. Great apartment, clean, comfortable and very well located 5 min walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. Great bright living room and double bedroom, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso etc.), full bathroom. Air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi: 800 MB high-speed fiber optic. Private balcony. THE ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation has two rooms, a master bedroom with two separate 90x190 cm beds and another with a 80x190 cm trundle bed. In the living room, there is a very large 160x195 cm sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, where two adults can sleep comfortably. In total, 6 guests can sleep. Kitchen equipped with full kitchenware, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave with grill. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 Kg of load. SMART TV. The terrace is separated from the one in the apartment next door (similar features) by a door that is normally closed. Opening this door, both floors could be communicated by the outside. This would allow you to rent the two penthouses, thus allowing you to get a place up to 12 people in total. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: - City tax: €2/person/night (over 16 years of age) from May to October. €0.50/person/night (over 16 years of age) from November to April MONTHLY STAYS, expenses not included: - Cleaning every 15 days by the guest (€50) - Extra linen change service (on request) -Electricity usage (€200 deposit requested, from which electricity costs will be deducted after the stay).
