Great apartment overlooking the harbour and the Ville Close of Concarneau. All the restaurants and shops in front of the door and yet quiet location. Apartment is cozy, clean and modern. Great beds and lots of free parking in front of the door, extra garage

We had a lovely stay. The apartment corresponded to the description, it is very homely as equipped as in the photos. The problems with the leaky washing machine have been resolved acceptable. Suggestion for improvement: kitchen equipment at least add a noodle strainer and large salad glass bowl, a glass key set would be ideal. Dishwasher tabs should be disposed of, the existing ones do not dissolve and therefore do not clean satisfactorily.

Dominique was super warm, went to great lengths to take care of us! Beautifully furnished apartment, tasteful & personal. Great location, totally quiet, perfect for people with sleep problems - also because it can be completely darkened. Morning sun for breakfast on the garden terrace, afternoon sun on the other small terrace. We will definitely come back!!

We highly recommend it! We had a great personal welcome from Julie, who showed us everything right away. The parking space in the underground garage is so large that we could easily park our two bikes there. Four would also have been possible. The apartment is super lovingly furnished and fully met our taste. The bedroom has a big closet. The highlight for us was the large living and dining area with kitchen. With a view of the Atlantic and with good visibility, you can see the Glenans. The terrace has sun in the afternoon and evening, so it is also good to sit with a cider and watch the action on the promenade and on the sea. In the morning and evening when the boats arrive, there is a lot to see. From the accommodation, the beach promenade is right outside the door, the city center and the close ville are just a few minutes' walk away. Julie also came by in person to say goodbye.

Excellent stay, apartment with beautiful view. Comfortable apartment, tastefully decorated in which it is very pleasant to stay even in gloomy weather. Local shops a few minutes' walk away. Big plus for the ground floor accessibility of the accommodation for people with reduced mobility. Good bedding, quality equipment. We'll be happy to go back

Wonderful location "at the end of the world facing the ocean". The village Ile Tudy is very pleasant. The studio is spotless and very comfortable. It is a very well designed and very well furnished studio with a kitchenette, dining room, small living room and sleeping area. At the equipment level, everything is present up to the cap so as not to lose the champagne bubbles. It is like new, so the owners take care of it. As for the owners, they are very discreet but available in case of need and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. An address that we recommend without reservation and thank you to Francine and Armel, we spent a dream week. We will be back as soon as we can.

We had a great stay in this apartment that offers a magnificent sea view! In addition, it is very well located, we do everything on foot (shops, beaches, walled city, etc.) and the environment is quiet. Small indication in case: the building is just before the parking lot on the right, so you have to go get the beep in the key box before you can enter the parking lot to park.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment, still as pleasant and perfectly located. You feel really good there! I will gladly return as soon as I have the opportunity to visit my family. Thank you again for hosting us.

we stayed at Phillipe's place for 5 nights. we really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are comfortable and it is a good base for exploring the local area.

We had a very good stay at Guidel beach. The accommodation is very functional and the instructions left by Solène are very clear. The parking space is nice as well as the bike room. There are many bike paths nearby. The accommodation is very well located, just across the beach.

The apartment is conveniently located close to restaurants and the Friday morning market, the view from the apartment's terrace is superb. The environment is quiet and conducive to rest, the swimming pool of the residence is a plus. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 people. Sébastien is very proactive in sharing instructions on arrival at the accommodation and useful information about the apartment's environment and responsive to requests, it is very appreciable. I highly recommend it.

Excellent weekend at Didier's. Welcomed by his wife, she was very friendly, very good advice on activities, walks around the accommodation. The beach is in front of the accommodation, perfect for paddleboarding, kiteboarding... (less for surfing). We were lucky enough to attend the start of a sailing race (thank you for the binoculars in the apartment). Small clarification for parents, the pool is not visible from the accommodation. Regarding the accommodation itself, it's 10/10, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean (11/10 even), very nice balcony with awning, well equipped with table and chairs. The residence is very nice, well maintained, with a spa and restaurant, and a children's park a few steps away. In my opinion, the private parking space is very useful in July/August. Small note for cooks or pizza fans, the oven works very well but is rather small (microwave size). it was perfect Keep it up. Thanks for everything

We had a pleasant stay. The listing is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute walk from downtown. It might be helpful to specify that access to the parking space is with a badge, so it's best to temporarily park nearby while you pick it up from the property.

Very nice place to walk along the GR34. With your feet in the water, the beach is very pleasant.
