Holiday rentals with a pool in Cap Coz, Fouesnant

Very pleasant stay in an impeccable house. The pool is lovely. The hosts are very welcoming and available. We will come back without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay at Paulines place and thoroughly recommend it. The photos dont do it justice. A very quiet peacful neighbourhood with local shops and places of interest within an easy walk or short car journey. Pauline left very good instructions and tips including a map which was extremely useful during our stay.

We had a great stay at Thomas and Karen's place. The house had everything we needed, and the location was fantastic: quiet, peaceful, and with a nice swimming pool. Karen and Thomas were very friendly and responded quickly to our messages. They even brought us a local delicacy made by Thomas's mother. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Hélène's house, charming responsive and pleasant host. The pool and games (ping pong, billiards, pétanque etc.) are a real plus. The bedding is quality. The accommodation is very well equipped, we do not lack anything. If you get cold in the evening, you can make a chimney fire which makes the place even more charming.

Fantastic location, amazing sea views. The weather wasn’t excellent so the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very much appreciated! The house is large and spacious with a fantastic living, kitchen and dining space.

Spacious and functional house, pretty garden with a pool perfect for children. Beautiful terrace in the shade of trees in the morning: we enjoyed it every day. The house is well located, small shops were reachable on foot and most of the beaches can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. Yann was very responsive and friendly. We would recommend it in a second!

The apartment is conveniently located close to restaurants and the Friday morning market, the view from the apartment's terrace is superb. The environment is quiet and conducive to rest, the swimming pool of the residence is a plus. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay for 2 people. Sébastien is very proactive in sharing instructions on arrival at the accommodation and useful information about the apartment's environment and responsive to requests, it is very appreciable. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant stay, well-located accommodation, with its very appreciable balcony, very easy access to the sea.

Excellent weekend at Didier's. Welcomed by his wife, she was very friendly, very good advice on activities, walks around the accommodation. The beach is in front of the accommodation, perfect for paddleboarding, kiteboarding... (less for surfing). We were lucky enough to attend the start of a sailing race (thank you for the binoculars in the apartment). Small clarification for parents, the pool is not visible from the accommodation. Regarding the accommodation itself, it's 10/10, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean (11/10 even), very nice balcony with awning, well equipped with table and chairs. The residence is very nice, well maintained, with a spa and restaurant, and a children's park a few steps away. In my opinion, the private parking space is very useful in July/August. Small note for cooks or pizza fans, the oven works very well but is rather small (microwave size). it was perfect Keep it up. Thanks for everything

We had a pleasant stay. The listing is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute walk from downtown. It might be helpful to specify that access to the parking space is with a badge, so it's best to temporarily park nearby while you pick it up from the property.

We had a lovely stay at Stéphane's apartment which welcomed us very well. The proximity to the sea and the city center of GUILVINEC is a real plus, allowing you to find what you need without taking the car. We will definitely return to this listing.

The apartment is very nice and located brilliantly. It's very well equipped, clean furniture, dishwasher, washing machine, beautiful big window with a terrace that gets sunshine the whole day. Clean bathrooms and a roomy bedroom. We stayed 7 nights and it was still too short. The apartment is small, there is not much place to put groceries or luggage but you get used to it with 2 people. The swimming pool is heated and behind the swimming pool and gorgeous garden, there is a little calm beach. You can see the boats coming in and leaving from the harbour. And if you walk along the coast, a bit further up you get 8km of pure beach and ocean. The locals are super friendly. The apartment is located in a bigger tourist complex but it was very peaceful, quiet and well maintained. You can also go hiking at La Reserve de Goulien, Cap-Sizun,.. Amazing home. Clearly well looked after and loved by the owners. Guidel Plage is a brilliant location with surfing, sailing and jet skis all nearby. Lovely village with nice bars and restaurants. Not over-developed. Stylish house, would highly recommend.

What a lovely property and the pool certainly was a bonus especially with the hot weather. The property is a home from home with everything you could possibly need and well maintained and clean throughout. The garden although open on one side is actually quite private with palm trees, a huge lawned area and the sun is on the property from early morning until late evening. What a fabulous holiday we had.

We loved this house and holiday so much. Unfortunately we had quite a lot of rain, but the house was big enough that we could be inside without getting on top of each other. Lovely pool and garden space. Thanks for having us!
