Holiday rentals with beach access in Cap d'Agde

We had a great week in this nice apartment, very well renovated, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. The port is less than a 10-minute walk away. I will come back with great pleasure.

While small, this place is in a great location and close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Big patio too.

We stayed in Guillaume’s apartment and all we can is say is WOW WOW WOW! The place was beyond amazing! We walked into a beautiful, clean and immaculate apartment where the surroundings were peaceful and serene. The space offered us seclusion, privacy and space to do what we needed to do. We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great,bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay with family or friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. Great accommodation offered by Lionel. Description and equipment compliant! The spa available, BBQ, deckchairs, etc. Great! Communication with our host was very easy. Close to the beach and shops within walking distance (1 km). As usual, the mattress was a little too soft for us (note: nothing to do with age as it was new) but that's just personal!!! In any case, we recommend it without hesitation! Thank you again!

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

Excellent modern house, not far from a beautiful beach. The house is spacious and looks just like the photos - it had all the amenities you would want and the furniture and climate control was perfect. The local area was a bit lively at times, which was nice - most nights this ended at midnight but the house is well sound proofed. Lots of room for everything and well provided amenities. Definitely would recommend.

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead-end street so no noise which is very appreciable. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnb and this one is in our top 5. Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Very good stay at Laurence's with 2 children aged 5 and 2. The accommodation is very clean and has everything there. The small garden area is lovely. There are many toys for children and the beach. Le Grau d'Agde is a few minutes' drive away and the accommodation is close to the center of Agde. The environment is very quiet. Laurence is a very helpful host and will give you plenty of tips for visiting the area.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

We spent 14 days in this beautiful apartment. It really corresponded exactly to the description on the Internet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. Air conditioning and the awning over the balcony made the stay very pleasant. In general, the apartment offers all the comfort we had hoped for. From the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the promenade and the harbor. The car could be parked in a separate garage in an underground car park, so that the car was safe and we could always get into a cool vehicle. The area is very suitable for activities by bike or car. We visited the cities and the markets in Séte, Narbonne, Beziers, etc. That was always very nice. The surrounding beaches are easily accessible by car or partly by bicycle. They are clean and the water is very clear. The contact with Isabelle was always very positive. I'm sure we'll be back!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is conveniently located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is installed, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared lots of good places with us, especially to eat well and enjoy the stay. An experience that we will repeat without hesitation. I go back there without a second thought! Thank you.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

Clean accommodation with a lot of equipment. It is ideally located near the center and the port. All amenities are within walking distance. Alexandre was very responsive, friendly and accommodating.
