Beachfront holiday rental in Cap d'Agde

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Pauline is welcoming and friendly. The accommodation met my expectations, quiet and in a good location, it is well equipped and comfortable to live in. I recommend it!

Warm welcome by Mireille who is very friendly. We only stayed one night but very functional accommodation. Good quality bedding, we slept very well. Accommodation in a dead-end street so no noise which is very appreciable. Close to the beach on foot. We are fans of Airbnb and this one is in our top 5. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Lovely walks along the cliffs and a short stroll to the marina and all the restaurants etc. Apartment is very comfortable and pleasant.

We had a pleasant stay at Gabrielle's. very good welcome by a family member. apartment with everything nearby, and a private parking which is a plus in Cap d 'Agde. Very well equipped , the essentials for a few days stay. The good surprise was that the pool was finally open so at the top , my flea could enjoy the paddling pool which is already quite in size . comfortable sleeping with a good mattress . new sofa bed. very quiet and relaxing residence. We will keep this address for our next visit to Cape Town .

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! We felt at home! Christel is a friendly host and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly furnished and in great condition. Homes like Christel make vacations memorable. The outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi is an extra highlight. Our kids and we loved it. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

Marion is more than available and super responsive. The place is to fall, location with sublime sea view, huge and gated terrace for children! Hyper functional, nickel condition, great amenities. I recommend it for a pleasant stay!

The accommodation is really very well placed , we are close to everything. The unit is small but very well arranged . We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days ideal accommodation. The concierge is great . They are a couple , very welcoming , available and responsive, very flexible on schedules . We will come back without hesitation.

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

We had a great week in this nice apartment, very well renovated, with air conditioning, not to mention the magnificent sea view. The port is less than a 10-minute walk away. I will come back with great pleasure.

It all fit according to the description. Due to the preseason, it was still relatively quiet in the area! We were able to check in earlier and the check-out on departure was also completely unproblematic, the communication was excellent!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can reach the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, baby bed, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioning systems in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

The apartment is incredible, the view too! Top-notch and very spacious equipment The host even provided us with 2 umbrella beds, which is quite rare! I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!
