Despite the weak weather, very successful stay with 3 small children thanks to the comfort and location of Martine's house. A short walk to the beach, with games, the Grau shopping street and its market. We enjoyed a warm welcome, the beach and even a few swims for the brave ones. The house is spacious and a very nice exterior. We'll be back with pleasure for a new family vacation. We highly recommend this house, well laid out, very clean, perfectly equipped and so well located.

Great cozy apartment. In our opinion, one of the best locations for a holiday on the sea. Don't look for pathos here, everything is modest but worthy. Especially good for those with a dog, have their own area in the backyard

We stayed with Eva on a group holiday with our friends from home for a relaxing holiday to regroup and relax. We did just that! It was a lovely stay with plenty of space, privacy and an amazing pool. A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

Beautiful villa! The view is breathtaking. out of sight, while enjoying a beautiful sea view. very beautiful spaces, tastefully decorated and offering quality amenities, Villa Carare is an idyllic place to spend excellent moments of relaxation!

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Great stay! There were 15 of us in the villa. The amenities worked great and the dwelling is spacious. Great hot tub! The villa has kept its promises, it is very secluded and therefore quite difficult to find the first time. Station at the mud path and follow the green path at the red house. There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs and big plancha that replace a barbecue very well. The outdoor space is large and the interior space also has plenty of dining table setup options. I highly recommend it! Be careful to anticipate the location of the garbage cans a little far away.

It was simply perfect for our extended family holiday! Hosts were great and provided lots of information that we found super helpful. Great location and house. Would definitely recommend and consider visiting again. I can’t praise this place and the hosts enough!

Ideal location for beautiful discoveries in the region, magnificent view. Effective communication with the owners and simplicity of the key box. Given the season, the pool is a little cold to enjoy. We'll have to come back in the middle of the season! One or two additional deck chairs would be welcome around the pool. Very good stay in a quiet area.

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

The house are beautiful. Everything is on one level. Especially cool is the large open and modern kitchen, with the living room. Really great also the porch with the pool. It really is a super nice dream house. We enjoyed our holiday very much!

A perfect spot for our big group of 8 adults and 6 children. Fabien went out of his way to sort extra cots for the babies and answer all of our questions. The barn was fantastic for big dinners and felt really specia. Having an en-suite in every room was really handy as we were all with our children. Thanks Fabien, highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful villa to meet as a family, and we had an unforgettable stay! The villa is spacious and well laid out, with lots of equipment for cooking and barbecuing in particular. The garden is fabulous, with large pine trees where squirrels roam, a petanque court, a foosball table, and of course the indoor pool, which is a real asset! We were greeted by Nicolas, who allowed us to stay longer than expected on the day of our departure and who was very friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Thank you for this very successful stay!

We had a wedding at the Abbaye de Valmange and stayed in Thomas place for 4 days. It was the perfect place to just chill, cook if you wanted to, and see some sights in the area. The home is clean and very comfortable. He even gave us some wine, beer and water. It was very much appreciated.
