Holiday rentals with a patio in Cap-d'Ail

This was such a fabulous Airbnb experience ... I so appreciate Claidia Linda and Fabrizio and their responsiveness ... the apatment was so pretty, easy to find, nice places within walking distance, beach across the street and all amenities were in working order ... couldn't have asked for a better stay!!! ... Thank You!!!

A great place to stay to be close to all that the area a Monaco has to offer.

the apartment was local to public transport. The train takes you to Nice and Monaco in one direction and Ventimiglia in Italy in opposite direction. The architecture in Menton is beautiful the city is safe and very clean.

Great place for myself, wife, and 2 kids. Private and peaceful. Just as pictured and described. Host is very responsive and helpful when needed! A quick walk to Monte Carlo casino and all the high end stores. Would definitely recommend for anybody trying to visit Monaco/Monte Carlo.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Her communication was clear, prompt, and always friendly, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Marion to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming Airbnb host!

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.

Great apartment in a central location and close to the Promenade . Maria is a very responsive and gracious host. The apartment is bright, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The terrasse is spacious. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Maria! 😊

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. As others have said, it is well located, so walking distance to most things or a short bus ride, plus 7 min walk to and from the train. It is possible to get to the apartment with luggage from the train station without using stairs but it took us a few days to work out which streets and elevators (lifts) to use to do this. The best thing about this apartment is the terrace. It is large with sun and shade so we had all our meals out there. It was also handy for drying our laundry, although the washing machine has a dryer function too. We had sunny warm days in late May and loved Mala Beach and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin beach for swimming. The beds were comfortable and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the Le Marche supermarket best (better than the Carrefour) with both being around the same distance walk. Thanks for a lovely stay Sarah and all your helpful communication and advice. We would stay here again!

Pierre & Roma are exceptional hosts! They truly made our stay an amazing experience. Exceeded all expectations. Beyond accommodating and always there for you should you have any questions or concerns. The apartment was immaculate and the location couldn’t have been any better.
