It has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with 3 bathrooms Upstairs, there is a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and a covered outdoor terrace. The complex where the house is located has a large swimming pool with a garden.

The villa consists of 2 floors each with its own entrance. 4 bedrooms total of which 2 ensuite (total 3 bathrooms). Private pool and spacious garden, equipped with plenty of sunbeds. There is parking space for 3 cars on the property. The whole area is fenced and closed with an automatic gate. Air conditioning in every room.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is so beautiful. Just steps away to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning was amazing. The space was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Chema was super responsive and really helpful. Overall, a magical place if you just want to get away from it all!

First time in Javea, having been to many other areas in Spain, and it did not disappoint! The villa was wonderful, everything in order, Thea was an amazing host, the pool and common areas were exactly as you would expect. The bedroom, the comfortable beds, the bathrooms were all of a hog standard. Air conditioning was in full function and necessary, it was simply a joy to be there. Javea is a great holiday spot, down to earth but modern. Crowded but not stifling, great supermarkets and restaurants, beaches were great………a faultless holiday! Stayed 3 weeks in total, could have stayed 3 months!!!

We a family of four with visiting in laws had a great stay at casa charme. The house is split into two levels and two dwelling areas making it great for hosting. The gardens are lovely and there is WiFi throughout the property. We enjoyed the pool as well.
