Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cap Martinet

Just got back from 3 nights here at this villa and we had the best time. We used the taxi service they recommended and everything was explained once we arrived to the villa. It was peaceful, private and clean. pretty much 10mins away from anywhere we needed to go. San rafael is a local village down the road with a few restaurants and a shop we used to stock up on some essentials. Cesar and his family are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend. We really did have the best tome away. Thank you 😊

The house was amazing, in a peaceful and quiet place. The rooms are spacious, each with their own bathroom, and the bedding is top-notch. The location is perfect for getting around the island Hector was very accommodating, very responsive and attentive.

Lovely Villa, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Emy met us for check-in, he provided all the information we required,, even sent directions on how we could safely walk into Ibiza Town avoiding crossing the busy road, it took 20/30 mins and was an easy walk. Communication with Giorgia was very easy. Thank you we had an amazing stay.

We stayed at Villa Clara for a family break, my wife and I, and our two kids (aged 8 and 2), we had a great time, the villa is in a private gated community, has great amenities as described and is very peaceful. A car is a must due to the location, however you can walk via a scenic trail to Cala Llonga just a couple of miles. All in all we had a great time and Marcel was a helpful and responsive host.

Pepa and Alejandra were brilliant hosts, would highly recommend. The villa was clean and pool is great for relaxing during the day. There is a supermarket within walking distance and location is great as it’s within 15 minutes drive of San Antonio and Playa d’en Bossa.

A perfect stay for a friends holiday. Beautiful and spotlessly clean villa, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen. Outside, a fantastic pool, places to eat and enjoy the sun, a gym, beautiful views of the countryside. Very peaceful, but just a short drive for lovely Santa Gertrudis town.

My partner, my parents and I spent 7 nights in the villa and were completely satisfied, very nice large villa with an amazing pool and a great outdoor area. We enjoyed the time there very much! The location is great to explore the island by rental car and you are at the airport in no time. Particularly positive is the communication with Julio. We will be happy to come back 😊

Had a very good time here. Beautiful and clean appartement, fully equiped. The appartement has recently been renovated and now looks even better than on the pictures here. Easy communication with the host and clear instructions on how to reach. 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this one.

We were greeted by Alexa, the daughter of the host. She was the perfect host and very helpful. Even though we arrived very late, due to delayed flights, she greeted us and helped us with luggage. Throughout our stay she borrowed us umbrellas for the beach, inflatable toys, taxi numbers and she cleaned our towels and the flat. So helpful and quick to reply- a sweetheart! The photos does not do the place justice- the outdoor terrace is huge with many different seating areas and the pool is great! So much better than expected. There is also a lot of great storage for clothes so no need to live from your suitcase. The area is quiet but still only a 35 euro taxi ride from the centre of Ibiza. And there are many beautiful beaches very close (on the west coast) that we drove to. There is also very accessible parking and no noisy neighbours. Definitely recommend!!

This was an absolutely lovely apartment in the old town! A great location with easy access to the bars, restaurants, shops, the beach, the bus station and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the terrace was an amazing bonus!

This villa is gorgeous. The location is prime. There are some good restaurants around the area and a convenience store very close as well. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Looks exactly as the pictures. We had a great time. The only issue I had was the water not going down the drain in the shower fast enough, and I had water all over my floor every time I showered. I let the host know. The good thing is that there are 2 other showers so we managed. I would definitely come back to this villa and 100% recommend it!

The apartment, its view and surroundings are lovely. The pool was very clean and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and several restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa – it’s truly excellent, with a range of amazing spaces both indoors and outdoors that comfortably catered for a group of 10. The location is great too – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find a small but charming selection of bars and restaurants. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace – the sunset views are absolutely stunning. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including a bottle of wine, milk, and snacks on arrival. Vicki and Chrissie were wonderful hosts – responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Ibiza. We’d recommend having a car, as the local resort is quite limited in terms of shops and dining options. Highly recommended!

Anna and Javier were brilliant hosts, extremely helpful, friendly and always replied quickly. The villa itself was out of this world! The amenities were brilliant, it had every we needed and more.

Stunning villa in a peaceful, private location which was perfect for our family break. Ten minutes from local restaurants and bars by car, and only twenty ish minutes from central Eivissa. Nico and Carmen couldn't have been better at responding whenever we made contact. Highly recommend hiring a car for access

The stay start to finish was fab!! Villa was spacious and clean. Perfect for our group of 10. Could not fault Enrika who was so easily contactable, replied within minutes. We had an issue with the water and she went above and beyond to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Great villa for larger groups!
