Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cap Martinet

We had a great time staying at this house! The place is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing for a comfortable holiday. Hosts are extremely responsive and available, which made our stay much easier. The setting is peaceful, perfect for relaxing in peace. We loved staying here! The house is really cozy, and the outdoor space and beautiful grounds are simply unbeatable. One note is that while the house does have a/c, the only two units are in the living room and bedroom with single beds upstairs. The temperature was perfectly pleasant mid-June, but it might be a consideration for some in hotter months of July and August.

Would highly recommend Carlos and Rosa’s place. Fully equipped, super high standard, lots of room, superb location from airport, Ibiza town, all the beaches and clubs. Carlos responded very quickly and was super helpful with all our questions. Might have been useful to have an info folder in the house itself. Standout visits included: Saturday Dalias market Seahorse Beach club Cala Boix and local paella restaurant there Old Ibiza town Pacha flower power Will definitely be returning!!

A fantastic stay, everything very well preserved and clean. Very central location, I didn't mind being next to the road. Air conditioning in all rooms. I missed an oven and an awning in the porch.

I booked on behalf of my work colleagues so didn't stay at the villa myself, but they said it was wonderful. One thing to bear in mind is it's up a bit of a hill, so those with mobility problems may need a car. I understand there was a mix up about taking trash/recycling down the hill at the end of the stay, but it sounds like this was all sorted out in the end.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The small terrace with morning sun is especially cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable. After a week, we would have liked to stay even longer. There is currently a lot of construction in the area. But it wasn't disturbing for us. Private parking was very useful! We will be happy to come back!

Very happy to have stayed in the middle of Pujols next to a great gastronomic offer and a few minutes from the first of many wonderful beaches. Maria was an exceptional host; very pleasant, always predisposed and close, eager to help as much as possible. The apartment is more than adequate with everything you need to be comfortable. I would repeat without hesitation. Our overall rating has been excellent.

We (2 adults and 1 child) felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished, clean apartment. It is located in a residential complex with locals – everything was well organized and well explained. Although a little further from the beaches in the south, it is ideal for exploring the west of the island.

Fantastic couple of weeks at this lovely little apartment in Portinatx The main reason for booking this place was the great roof terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets, this lived up to our expectations and more. The bedroom also has great views out to sea and the surrounding islands. If you like hiking there are some nice routes along the cliffs to the lighthouse or further on to Cala d’en Serra for a swim to cool off. All the restaurants in Portinatx are easy walking distance or there is a nice little place “Can Beatrice” literally behind the apartments, the Sangria is amazing! The apartment was a great place to stay for a week in Ibiza. It’s walking distance to Talamanca beach, the marina, local minimarts, pharmacy, restaurants etc. The pool is great for cooling down or having a quiet day. The apartment was plenty big enough for 3 of us to stay for a week - the kitchen has basic cooking utensils, and dishwasher, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. External window shutters mean you can keep the rooms cool and dark which is great if you’ve had a busy night! Be aware that the apartment block is a stone’s throw from Pacha, so bring ear plugs if you’re bothered by noise. There’s a taxi rank right outside Pacha so getting to other parts of the city was extremely easy. It’s also walkable into the city centre. All in all, a really good place to stay if you’re planning on making the most of the entertainment scene!

A really calm and good place. A little bit tricky road, because mountains should be passed while coming from airport. Car is definitely needed. There is almost everything that you may need daily base. It is close to nice hiking places, very nice beach, and some beach markets. Communication was smooth, without any problem. For a calm vacation in Ibiza, it is a very good choice.

The apartment is very comfortable and located in a very good quiet condominium. We loved our stay and we'll definitely come back.

Well located accommodation, beautiful terrace, bike rental just across the street (affordable price) to go around the island. A beach not far from the apartment walking access too. Very well equipped kitchen ( I was able to cook without worries🤪) and a very responsive host thanks to her. I'll come back to that.
