Monthly Rentals in Capanni

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, thanks to our amazing host Giorgio. Upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with fresh vegetables from his own garden. Throughout the week, Giorgio surprised us with a bottle of wine, homemade olive oil, fresh eggs, and delicious cherries. The accommodation was perfect, and Giorgio provided us with great tips for activities, such as visiting charming towns and a local wine festival. As a young family with a 10-month-old daughter, we were especially happy with how well-equipped the place was for little ones — a baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, and even a child bike seat were all provided! The location was also ideal, within walking distance of all amenities. All in all, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for any young family

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will be happy to come back.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

We spent only one night in this fabulous place. We were greeted by Stefano and his mother, two exquisite people who showed us our apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden with several lounges and even a hammock to relax in. The apartment consists of a bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds, what can I say... one is more beautiful than the other. The bathroom is complete with everything you need, from a shower cap, to shampoo, hair dryer and a set with toothbrush and toothpaste, even courtesy slippers are provided. At the entrance, you will find a small table set, a mini fridge, and a coffee machine with a kettle. In short, nothing is missing, you really feel at home. We will definitely be back, this time for a longer stay because it really deserves it! Thanks again to Stefano and a hug to his sweet mom. See you soon.
