Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Pilar and Henrique’s place is amazing. Ideally situated on the beach, the house is perfect to chill with friends or family. Some nice restaurants 5min by foot and easy to reach with taxis from airport. I will come back, for sure!

Surf Costa Caparica apartment 2

Rented a car and needed a place with free parking and looking for water view/on the beach. This place was perfect. Located on "the strip" so lots of activity (restaurants, boardwalk, beach activities). If you come during beach season, bring your own beach towels and chairs as the apartment does not have them (or ask where you can purchase them during your stay). You just cross the street and there is the start of the beach sand and within steps you are on the active boardwalk and crashing beach waves. I was very surprised when I got here what a "hot spot" this was for this location. I came during "off season" so I could only imagine what it is like in the summer. There was no free daytime street parking around the building, so just confirm with the host that they still have a free parking spot for you to use 24/7. I confirmed with the host that there was a free spot and it was located in the parking garage of the building. This was important to me, free parking spot.

We rented this property during the Moga Festival period, it is well located a few minutes' drive from the stages, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The bed linen is impeccable, very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The garden corner is pleasant for friendly aperitifs. The host was attentive to all our requests, we are very grateful, we highly recommend it. See you soon!
