Very cozy, modern and consistent in every way with the photos. The location is an asset, with the proximity of the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra, but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great apartment! It was clean and true to the photos, with all the amenities mentioned. The terrace with views of the harbor entrance is a real plus. The location is ideal, near the beach with several restaurants next door easily accessible on foot. Philippe is very responsive and welcoming, he explained everything to us and even recommended nice little corners!

We had a great time at Jerome's place. The accommodation was impeccable, very well located in relation to the lake and all its walks. It has a parking space, which is an undeniable plus in Hossegor. The city is within a 10-minute walk. We recommend it unreservedly.

The location is great, the house is very comfortable for families with the kids. You don’t depend on a weather and the kids can have fun in the pool, but at the same time it’s a big advantage that this house is 7min walk from the bitch, which is very convenient with the kids. Fisch market is 2min walk! The house is very well equipped. Highly recommended!

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Very good hosting by Florence and her husband. Beautiful house with fenced outside where you can leave children or pets safe. Well equipped both inside and outside. We loved the decor that has its charm. Main street a stone's throw away with all amenities... We would recommend it without a problem. We had a perfect stay! The house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and the little garden area is very pleasant. There were 6 of us, and we had room to live without stepping on each other. The bedding is quality. I recommend it 200%. Thanks again for hosting.

The location is ideal, close to the center and 2 steps from the lake. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The provision of bicycles is a real plus! Cécile welcomed us very well, she was responsive and accommodating :)

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach. We left the car in the garage throughout the stay. surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!
