Perfect place to stay with friends and family, large living room and dining table. Quiet in the countryside and close to the super market, I recommend it!

Impeccable accommodation, ultra clean, functional, very modern furniture, the decoration is tastefully done. The kitchen is so nice. The provision of books, board games or toys for toddlers is very much appreciated. For us, there was nothing missing. It's a charming little house. Congratulations to the owner. Perfect accommodation for a small family, the children can play in the garden. Super furnished and very clean. By car you can reach all beaches etc. very quickly. Top location...we felt very comfortable.

Very good living spaces, living room, very well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and good bedding. In short, we recommend it, we will return to this rental for our next stay in the Basque country.

The home is lovely and a perfect kitchen opens to a perfect patio. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to a bakery and convenience store and a beautiful lake for walking.

We were delighted at Xavier's house. The location is perfect and the surroundings of the house with the garden and super nice golf.

We really enjoyed our stay and this was a perfect stop on our travels. Pablo was friendly and professional. The studio was extremely clean. We were provided with everything we needed and the space was very well designed. We had a lovely dip in the pool after a long drive and relaxed on the terrace. Marc's apartment was very well located, few steps away from the city center and the large beach. We were able to discover great restaurants on the same street. The street is pretty calm. We had a lovely stay and thank Marc for the welcome and availability. This place is a rare find if you want to spend a few days in Biarritz and be close to the city center!

Lovely apartment with a balcony view of the marina. Nicely appointed kitchen. Clean and comfy. Our host was quickly responsive to all communications and very helpful. Jean Jacque even delivered a package we had sent from a previous place that we stayed in France. Saint Jean de Luz was very warm when we were there, as the temperatures outside were in the 80s Fahrenheit - the fan provided by the host was greatly appreciated!

Our stay went very well. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and we didn't miss anything. Everything was impeccable in terms of cleaning. Many services were available to us, many things provided such as towels, bathrobes, shower gel, or for breakfast such as milk, fruit juice, jam, honey in addition to coffee or tea! We enjoyed the balcony for eating outside. It was also very convenient to park the car at the foot of the accommodation. We enjoyed our independent stay. Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming and attentive while being discreet. The proximity of the highway did not bother us in terms of noise. We would recommend this listing!

We entered a real private apartment upstairs in the impeccably kept house. The welcome from the hosts was great. Small gifts and surprises throughout our stay.
