What a fantastic stay we had! With five people we stayed in this beautiful home, and really everything was taken care of to the last detail. The accommodation is spacious, stylishly furnished and has all the comforts – you will notice everything that has been worked with love and attention to detail. The pool was really the icing on the cake: clean, big enough for all of us and wonderful to relax in after a day of discovering or simply to stay all day. The tranquility and privacy you experience here is second to none. No hustle and bustle, no noise – just pure relaxation in a brilliant environment. In short: a complete, comfortable and relaxing stay in a top location with a good host. We enjoyed it and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommended for those looking for peace, luxury and personal hospitality!

we were there for 16 days. We felt comfortable right away. Great house. Nina is a great host, immediately available if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on vacation, should know that the WLAN is a bit bumpy on the roof terrace and on the 1st floor. But that didn't spoil the vacation.

Loved staying here with our family and friends. The house and outdoor space are amazing!

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Lovely space to take a break

Toni was very friendly. The appartement was very tidy. The view from the appartement is incredible. The instructions to get into and how to leave the appartement were very clear and easy to understand. The appartement has an own parking place.

Just got back for a week stay. 2 young children and grandparents and it was honestly perfect! The property itself is fantastic with separate loving spaces that allowed you to get space if you needed. The outside was amazing. The pool one of the largest pools we’ve had, a hot tub, sandpit for the kids (and a sauna but we didn’t use that) The pool table was a great extra touch and there was plenty of outside seating I. A spacious but private garden. Toni was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. And there is a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this place and would happily return.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We stayed at this place for a week. Booking was very easy and fast. My messages were always answered very quickly and kindly. The place was as described and even more beautiful in real life. A great, quiet location even though the proximity to the street was very low, there was hardly any traffic. The house was super clean, friendly furnished and had everything you need. Since we arrived very late on a Sunday and had no opportunity to shop, the surprise of the small cakes and the water was enormous. Thank you for this. All in all we had a great time at this place, with a great host and would book again anytime with Bel, which we will certainly do again soon. My first Airbnb experience was great.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

We had a perfect 10 days in this accommodation: the house is very clean, well-appointed, with nice decorative touches. It feels good!! Two beautiful terraces, one at the front for meals and the other at the back for aperitif or rest :-) The pool is a real plus when we went to explore the area during the day - swimming on the way back was just perfect. A stone's throw from the very pleasant walk leading to Cala Rajada and its liveliness. A property to remember. Thank you! 5 min walk to Son Moll beach.

Fantastic Airbnb- close to the main square but quiet enough to not notice. Great space, perfect for families.

A wonderful accommodation that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with a quick response time. The house is tastefully creatively furnished, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all regularly used and enjoyed. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be observed all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also being heard constantly. A few meters from the house is the large natural sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks and go swimming barefoot. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much....!!!

Charming, rustic finca in a quiet area with a very clean pool. The beach (Calla Agulla) is a few meters away, about a 25-minute walk, and you also need a car for shopping. Very nice, helpful host. Equipment for the kitchen and also other things (umbrellas, clothes rack, etc.) were good. Good starting point for excursions. In Capdepera, however, there is not so much to see apart from the Castel. For people looking for peace and quiet, a perfect place to stay

Very cool place !! There was nothing missing. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor area exelent. Pool, toilet, washer/dryer everything great.

We were 6 friends and really enjoyed our stay. The exterior is a haven of peace, the garden and pool are beautifully maintained. The rooms are air-conditioned and can be tempered if necessary. The host was available before our departure to agree on a schedule suitable for our arrival and the departure went perfectly.

Amazing location, just what we love being able to walk or swim from the front porch to the town or other nearby beaches. Maria/Lena were alwyas helpful and responsive. A place I'd definitely return to.
