House holiday rentals in Capdepera

we were there for 16 days. We felt comfortable right away. Great house. Nina is a great host, immediately available if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on vacation, should know that the WLAN is a bit bumpy on the roof terrace and on the 1st floor. But that didn't spoil the vacation.

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Toni was very friendly. The appartement was very tidy. The view from the appartement is incredible. The instructions to get into and how to leave the appartement were very clear and easy to understand. The appartement has an own parking place.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Villa Rosa. The villa really has everything you need, was very clean and was very spacious. Laura was very helpful with recommendations and really cared about our wellbeing all the time!

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We stayed at this place for a week. Booking was very easy and fast. My messages were always answered very quickly and kindly. The place was as described and even more beautiful in real life. A great, quiet location even though the proximity to the street was very low, there was hardly any traffic. The house was super clean, friendly furnished and had everything you need. Since we arrived very late on a Sunday and had no opportunity to shop, the surprise of the small cakes and the water was enormous. Thank you for this. All in all we had a great time at this place, with a great host and would book again anytime with Bel, which we will certainly do again soon. My first Airbnb experience was great.

We had a perfect 10 days in this accommodation: the house is very clean, well-appointed, with nice decorative touches. It feels good!! Two beautiful terraces, one at the front for meals and the other at the back for aperitif or rest :-) The pool is a real plus when we went to explore the area during the day - swimming on the way back was just perfect. A stone's throw from the very pleasant walk leading to Cala Rajada and its liveliness. A property to remember. Thank you! 5 min walk to Son Moll beach.

Very nice, stylish house in a quiet residential area of Sollér. Nevertheless, you can walk directly to the center of the city in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and the house is very nice with everything you need. In particular, the kitchen is really well equipped, we did not expect that. The only small disadvantage of the house is the lack of air conditioning, but that is also openly communicated and should be known beforehand. Stephan was super friendly, helpful and had super tips and usually responds within a few minutes. We would come back anytime and enjoyed our stay very much ☺️

Juan Y Zita are very kind and lovely people, they even offered us a late checkout knowing that, if it had been sunny, we'd have gone to the beach before leaving.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

Charming, rustic finca in a quiet area with a very clean pool. The beach (Calla Agulla) is a few meters away, about a 25-minute walk, and you also need a car for shopping. Very nice, helpful host. Equipment for the kitchen and also other things (umbrellas, clothes rack, etc.) were good. Good starting point for excursions. In Capdepera, however, there is not so much to see apart from the Castel. For people looking for peace and quiet, a perfect place to stay

Very cool place !! There was nothing missing. Beds very comfortable. Outdoor area exelent. Pool, toilet, washer/dryer everything great.

We were 6 friends and really enjoyed our stay. The exterior is a haven of peace, the garden and pool are beautifully maintained. The rooms are air-conditioned and can be tempered if necessary. The host was available before our departure to agree on a schedule suitable for our arrival and the departure went perfectly.

Fantastic Airbnb- close to the main square but quiet enough to not notice. Great space, perfect for families.
