This home is lovely! My family loved it and my kiddos are asking to go back. The home was very clean and cozy and the host is lovely. I cannot recommend this host and home enough!

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

The house is beautiful and in perfect condition. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. My family and I had a very happy stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay and have a relaxing weekend and we came accross susanas house and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, comfortable beds and fresh linens.and a really nice pool The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was great for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear instructions and great local tips. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Place was very nice and clean. Best of the canal views. Lots of fish and turtles! Prior to checking in there was a long message to review. Several messages and reminders thru out the stay coming via Airbnb and text messages not always from same place which made it take longer to go back to look for stuff. We were told everything was in guest book at the Airbnb. But it was not updated (hot tub) and didn’t get response until after 24 hrs. My kids were upset because they only got to use it the last night there. They only give a days worth of soap, t.p., trash bags, paper towels. All else you need to bring with you or go to store to purchase. No shower dispensers for body wash shampoo or conditioner.

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Zachary’s beautiful home. The house was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The house was stocked with everything we needed with easy access to stores and restaurants. The kids loved the heated pool! Zachary and Pam were incredibly responsive to our messages and questions. We would love to come back again!

Mindy was amazing and extremely helpful- quick to respond to messages and she provided her phone number so that we could call about anything. We had a wonderful visit at this beautiful home sitting on the canal. This home is close to all of the beaches that we wanted to explore - within a 25 to 30 minute drive - which wasn’t bad for us. The pool was so magical overlooking the canal with spectacular sunsets! Early morning coffee on the dock was just what the doctor ordered for a peaceful start to each day. Bikes were such an extra perk. I was able to ride down to the country club every evening (it is open to the public) and enjoy evening concerts outside when they had them. Perfect for little tots. Very accommodating regarding high chairs and crib. Overall our family had a magnificent time and made memories to last a lifetime! Thank you ‘Mindy! 😊

We had a blast at this Airbnb! The house had everything we needed to enjoy the sun! The house was clean and really well kept. The pool was heated and perfect for swimming even at night. We caught a ton of fish from the dock and enjoyed the kayaks at the house. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, beautiful, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The welcome package with snacks and coffee was such a thoughtful touch, and the bottle of wine for our anniversary made us feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. We also tried a few of the host’s local food recommendations and loved every spot. The best part was the outdoor space! The heated pool was perfect, and we loved the seating area, pool toys, darts, and cornhole. This was easily one of our favorite stays. Huge thanks to our wonderful host!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and we spent hours swimming and relaxing every day. It was the perfect spot for some much needed downtime. Would definitely stay again!

What a gem! Probably the nicest Air BnB we have stayed at! The house is open, feels extremely clean, and is well stocked. A perfect family home, the pool was a great spot for our kids to expend their extra energy before bed, and the open floor concept allowed for us to all be together and then retreat to the rooms for bed. Absolutely recommend, and we will stay again if we are in the area!

The place is as shown in pictures. House is tastefully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen with what you could possibly need to cook. Very comfortable living room area, felt like home with all the reclining furniture. Pool area is beautiful. Where we spent most of our time. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to store's and restaurants. Would stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

This places was spectacular! There were so many things to do. We didn't need to leave the house. Beautiful decor and tons of food and other extras! Highly recommend. The master suite is sooo big!

Lovely place to spend time with family. I loved that it’s pet-friendly. We all had a great time because your pets can easily adapt to the place. There are instructions to help with that. Christy was very communicative and kind at all times. Highly recommended.”

My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

Sadie was wonderful! The details weren't exactly clear that the garage being rented out as a separate airbnb so having my child with me that was concerning but Sadie did a great job working with us and made us feel right at home. Her place was the best and cleanest we've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful place to stay! We really enjoyed sitting at the dock and relaxing outside with the cooler summer breeze from the water. Brice and Daniel were great at communication and super nice! We would love to stay here again and recommend others to enjoy their stay here.

We were very happy with our stay, Andrea was a great host! Everything was clean and well-organized, the location on the water was beautiful and let us get some great pictures of the sunset, and we all had a blast with the pool and hot tub. Thank you for everything!

Overall we are beyond pleased with our stay. Coming from Ohio, we felt right at home with the fishing poles and kayaks. The location of the hole is right on a busy road and almost a corner lot, at night it got super loud with the street racers. From the previous guests they left cigarette butts in the pool area, which cleaning missed. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels and Jason was quick to respond and help out. We brought our two dogs, and they loved the patio and the dock just to bask in the sun. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved to play pool. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again. Thank you Jason, and family for an amazing and memorable trip!

The house was amazing! I took 3 teenage girls on vacation here.. They did not even want to leave the house They tanned on the deck for hours..dipped in the pool! The communication with the owners was amazing!! The girls said they want to go back because it felt like home!!!
