Villa holiday rentals in Cape Coral

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. I always give reviews for every place I travel and stay. I will like to say that the place was very clean and what you see on the site is exactly what you get. We had one issue with the AC contact Kevin immediately he had someone out there to fix it.

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

For my first time renting with Airbnb, it was a wonderful experience for me and my guest and I am grateful that your house was my first experience. I loved the location, cleanliness, and decor, of the house. There being 2 fridges was a plus, access to fishing (guest loved that and even caught a cat fish). Loved that there was a pool and hot tub, there was a minor issue with the temperature in the hot tub but Patrick was very responsive and took care of the issue promptly. Nothing compares to this beautiful home in Cape Coral. Solo traveler. 4beds, 3.5 baths. Ceiling fans were awesome, kept inside temp at 75 degrees, perfect. My main choices for this home. was the privacy and pool/ spa, which was as expected and perfect. Coralvilla exceeded my expectations once again!

Jerry’s home was a great spot to stay, especially with kids. The graco pack and play that was provided was great, as well as the safety fence around the pool. It was very reassuring to have that fence. Beds are comfortable, plenty of spare pillows and blankets if needed. Was a nice get away to somewhere warm!

The first thing I have to say is, I was close to giving up on Airbnb‘s altogether due to having a couple bad experiences and being told one thing and it not happening so I have to admit I was pretty skeptical from the beginning, but Michael was a wonderful host. Communication was great. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was just like in the pictures. We were there for a wedding. My family can’t wait to stay there again. While we were there, we checked out a few of the restaurants that were suggested and went to downtown Cape Coral and went to a cute little boutique called Simply Golden and my husband loved it because there was a great cigar bar right across the street. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait till our next stay. Thank you Michael!!!!

We loved staying here! Our favorite part of the day was relaxing here. Appreciated the baby items available (crib, pack n’ play, high chair), beach & pool gear, & the well-stocked kitchen (spices, cooking oil, cookware, etc). All of these little details made our stay extremely comfortable.

Our stay was great! Everything was comfortable and spacious for our group of 8. The set up of the space with multiple comfy seating areas (both inside and out) and a dining table that actually sat all of us made for fun game nights and wonderful meals together. We would stay here again!

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!
