Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cape Kiwanda

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

The place was as described and suited our purposes perfectly. We enjoyed some sunshine sitting on the back deck admiring all the different birds, walked to the beach. enjoyed a lunch at the local brewpub, and appreciated the calm and quiet, with a convenient and well stocked market just a couple of blocks away.

A lovely stay right on the ocean and next to nature as well. An old school beach house that has everything you need….the hot tub with an ocean view is epic!

This was my second stay at the Dolphin House. This little beach house has great ocean views from the big picture windows. Loved the comfy furniture and the Adirondack chairs on the little oceanside deck were great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine (when it wasn’t too windy!). I’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful, private fenced in yard with fire pit, hot tub, and lots of cozy rooms on the oregon coast?! What is not to love!! Can’t wait to come back with more friends and my family. Great spot for a friend getaway or with the kids:)

Thanks to the hosts for making such a great rental available. We so enjoyed staying on the Siletz and driving upriver one day, too, to see the house used in the filming of Ken Kesey’s “Sometimes A Great Notion” film. What a delight that was! Altogether, we had a wonderful stay, loved having so much space and the amazing views, and we look forward to returning sometime. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property is perfectly located at about a 15-minute walk from the beach. Clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. The host was friendly and responsive. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway—highly recommend!

We spent a full week at this condo with our kids and it was wonderful! Everything was very clean and exactly what we expected. We would absolutely come back next time we are in Lincoln City.

We had an amazing weekend at the Nestucca Nest! This property is perched on the hillside with breathtaking views of the river, ocean and Haystack rock. Great home for traveling families and access to the clubhouse, with use of the pool and gym were definitely a plus! Beautiful design, very clean and accommodating. This property comes highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

The home was great, it fit our blended family well. The location in Olivia Beach provided lots of options for our small children. We highly recommend this vacation home!

We very much enjoyed our stay! We were really happy with the comfortable beds, pillows and there were plenty of blankets. A lot of airbnbs lack in the area of warm, comfortable bedding. Thank you!

Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! Wow! What a wonderful place. So close to the beach and an easy walk to town. In a gated community this home and neighborhood is a gem. Spotless, clean, and comfortable with all you need to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable too. The back fenced patio was great for entertaining and for our dog. We definitely want to come back

This beach house was exactly what we had in mind for a fun weekend away with the kids! Josephine’s house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was located within walking distance to the beach/town. The house is clean + has a great layout . Highly recommend!

The location is amazing. We watched birds out the window for two days straight. The fact that the property has two independent but joined units makes it great for two families or two couples who want to hang out but also want some privacy. The units are spotless and wonderfully appointed. You’re just minutes away from Sitka Sedge, a number of beaches, and the town of Pacific City if you need something or want to go out a beer, coffee, etc. Would definitely return.

This home was very inviting and clean! It was just as described in the listing. Kyla was very gracious and communicated with us politely. She checked with me the next morning to make sure that we got in ok and that our needs were being met. The extra amenities for children were very helpful. A beautiful spot near the beach on a quiet street. There is a very small airport across the street, but traffic was minimal and we enjoyed watching the little planes take off a couple times a day. Awesome spot to watch birds as the tides fluctuate the river level. We had a bald eagle hanging around during our trip. Hot tub was cozy and clean. Beds comfy. Kitchen had all the tools we needed for basic cooking. Kid friendly.

This was a lovely little spot right off the main road! Super close to the brewery and the beach. Felt right at home!
