Perfect for what you need as a home from home. Very well equipped apartment had everything you’d need. Views are lovely. Can walk into town in 5-10 mins, if you’re not a big fan of steps or hills I’d recommend driving into town instead. Plenty of places to eat down at the harbour. Felt like we had the pool to ourselves as never saw anyone else in there! Check in was easy, instructions to find property were straight forward and found it on the first attempt.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

I’ve come to this complex with my family since 2011, but needed my own place for some days for privacy for some work calls. This apartment had great wifi, and I had no issues connecting to Zoom calls. The view is beautiful and the AC worked well too. I love this part of Torrevieja! Really close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores :)

Rafaela has been attentive to everything. The place is very nice, getting up looking at the sea is wonderful. The apartment is renovated , all outside. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

We would love to have the apartment, close to the beach and it has a lot of information to eat and supermarkets near the apartment. We warned that we would arrive before time and facilitated the collection of the keys. We will definitely return

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

We stayed a month and loved every minute of it. The Home has everything and even more than we expected. Literally everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. We had coffee every morning there. Great place for couples and family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime video and other channels available. The WiFi never failed. It’s a 3 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and a 24/7 convenience market. The best place so far. Definitely recommend. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and a boardwalk nearby too. The city center is a 5 minute drive by car. Many restaurants and shops there as well. I just can’t say enough. Alberto was absolutely amazing and responses quickly. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure. We hope to come back.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Sam's place is great, exactly in the photos, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, intimate, not missing detail. Perfect place to rest. We had a great few days, like at home. We will definitely repeat. Thank you very much Sam!!!!

We went to the park, we had a wedding in Murcia and we loved the house. It was prepared with everything to be able to feel at home. Everything was very clean and the truth is that we will repeat soon

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Great house to stay .location to the beach and bars brilliant

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Caroline’s place gave us more than we expected, everything about our holiday was fantastic, the house was perfect in every way possible, the two pools, the streams running through the gardens where so relaxing and very well presented. The views from the solarium were fantastic, also everything you could need to relax in the sun are provided to a very high standard. You are a 2 minute walk to a small bar,5 minutes walk to the large supermarket that provided everything that we needed.10 minutes walk to a lot of bars & different restaurants in La Fuente. We stayed for ten days at Caroline’s and that was the only down side of our holiday, we could have stayed way longer. We cannot recommend Caroline’s place highly enough & we will certainly be booking again without hesitation. 10 out of 10

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.
