Beach house holiday rentals in Cape San Blas

We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

This house was definitely one of the better Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. We appreciated the detailed descriptions of the layout, we knew exactly what to expect. This home also includes personal tower fans for each room which was a HUGE plus! There was more than enough of expendable items such as: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Also, they provide top of the line beach equipment like balloon tire beach wagons and nice chairs. Water pressure and drainage in the showers was really good, especially for a Florida rental! It doesn’t really get much better than this for an Airbnb. 10/10 recommend.

Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for us. Traveled with 9, including 2 seniors and a toddler. Everything was accessible for all staying. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. We played pickleball in the morning, beach at noon and pool after that. All right there by the house, was awesome. Also, relaxing on the back deck was great with the cover blocking the sun most of the morning as it can get pretty hot. Beach was an easy 5 min walk. The house has plenty of things already there for us to use which was great! Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys for my son, and the best part being the cart to wheel it all down to the beach in. Also had pickleball equipment, a volleyball if you wanted in the shed as well. Coolers and a grill too. Furniture around the house was comfortable and the chairs on the deck/porch were great for lounging. Overall, could not recommend this place more! We were already talking about coming back next year before we left.

We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as described and our host always responded quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed the patio and grill. The beach was a short walk across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! We definitely recommend this space and would stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kate’s home. The house is incredibly spacious, has fantastic ocean views, and is a very quick walk to the beach. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and Kate was very helpful when we reached out with questions. We can't wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our family vacay and Charles was very responsive any time I contacted him prior to or during our stay with questions. The house is as described, very nice and clean. Our favorite part was being able to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the pool although it is a very close walk to the pool. I’m not sure who enjoyed the golf cart more, the grandkids or the Dads. :) The beach was not crowded at all which was great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this house. You will love it! It feels like home away from home. Thank you for great family memories that were made during our stay!

This was our second trip to the area and I’m glad we found this place. The pool was used more than any other activity. With a short walk to the beach, we got our fair share of sand! The correspondence was better than other houses we had got for the week. The house is new and well done with ample room for 8 people (we had 6). Actually it’s pretty neat with a fenced in yard for the dog. Overall this is a great place for you and your family!

Absolutely loved our stay! David and Karen were very responsive with all our inquiries, providing us with a great list of things to do, restaurants, etc. The house was beautiful and spacious having everything we needed. The pool was warm and the golf carts were great to cruise around exploring. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the music next door and the pool. The house was clean, well stocked and I loved the cotton sheets. We plan on returning this fall. Great place.

Was our 1st time visiting Cape San Blas! It was definitely just what my family needed. It was slower paced than our normal summer family vacations, but I believe that’s what made it so perfect . Was a short walk to the beach from the house but wasn’t awful, was definitely nice having the private pool. Our 3 grandsons definitely loved that part. We had all the kitchen essentials needed for cooking our meals and was nice having the trading post right next door in walking distance if you needed something. We would definitely stay again.

Marisa was a wonder host and made sure we had all the information we needed for our arrival. Our party included 7 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of room and space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It was nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of pool towels were included. The ice machine and elevator were also a great amenity to have. We had easy access to the beach. There was plenty of room to set up chairs and a tent and didn’t feel crowded. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is perfect—it's tucked away in a private area, giving us the peace and tranquility we were looking for. The house itself is modern and brand new, with the pool and all the amenities you could possibly need. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach. It's just a short walk away, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We LOVED our stay at Blanche's! Not only was the house very fairly priced for 6 nights, they allowed us to check in a couple of hours ahead of time after our 14 hour drive from VA. The house is extremely (impeccably) clean, has everything you could want and need out of a kitchen, felt spacious for the size, and you cannot beat the pool and hottub! We already miss the pool... The location was fantastic, just one short block from the nearest beach walkway which was an easy walk. The hosts are incredibly responsive, friendly, and kind. Our one hope for the next time we stay is that they upgrade the master bed itself because it's not as comfortable as our kid's bed was. Every other piece of furniture was great!!! And otherwise the place is flawless! You will not regret your stay. This is one of our very favorite AirBnB's we have ever been to and we are so excited to have found it for the next time we come to town (which we LOVE to do). Book this place, you will not be disappointed!!!! :)

Jamie’s house was perfect for our vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having a raw oyster bar right down the street. We appreciated that Jamie’s house was dog friendly and had a fenced in backyard. We enjoyed a nice relaxing time and getting away from northern snow country for awhile.

We had a great stay at Beach Lily! The distance to the beach boardwalk wasn’t too far with two kiddos and two beach wagons in tow! The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we needed. We loved being close to both Indian Pass and restaurants on the Cape. The space was also nicely set up for our family. Would stay again!

Amazing beach home that's perfect for a large family! Jason thought of everything when it came to kitchen utensils, appliances, beach towels, etc. Even laundry and dishwashing pods are abundantly provided. The welcome snacks left in both kitchens were a nice little touch as well. The upstairs has absolutely everything you need to make it your own retreat. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the balcony. The kitchen downstairs is well stocked with great quality items such as air fryer, blender, knife block, spice rack and even a cabinet with common spices, sauces, etc. Mexico Beach is quiet and much less crowded than PCB which was perfect for the toddler that came along with our group! Jason is quickly responsive when contacting thru the app. We couldn't have ask for a better host!

Laura’s house is lovely. She is a fantastic host and very easy to work with. Love the little town of PSJ, but not the brown water in the area. If I could take Laura’s house and place it where the water is blue, I would.

If you're looking for a quiet and laid-back beach town St. Joe Beach/Port Saint Joe is a perfect spot, and Three Little Birds is a great house to stay in. The house is right across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the water. Everything inside and out is clean, well-kept and comfortable. The location is perfect for a quiet get away, but also only about ten minutes from Port Saint Joe, so you are easily able to explore some different restaurants and shops in that area. Great place to spend a vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Beach Daisy. It is a gorgeous beach house, with plenty of room! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked well with kitchen, household and cleaning items. It was very close to the beach and the pool. It is a great place to relax and unwind. We have no negative things to say because everything was amazing. I emailed Genna before our trip to ask a few questions and she responded very quickly and was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach house!

This is our 5th stay and its like coming home. You will not find better hosts. We very comfortable and close to the beautiful state park. Love to start our mornings on the porch. Absolutely cant wait for next time

We had an awesome stay! Just a short walk to the beach, it was the ideal spot for a relaxing family vacation. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and had very friendly neighbors. The owner was super helpful and responsive. There is a small pond a few blocks away where I liked to watch the birds in the evenings. Fishing was good on the beach too! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly beach escape!
