We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the music next door and the pool. The house was clean, well stocked and I loved the cotton sheets. We plan on returning this fall. Great place.

Was our 1st time visiting Cape San Blas! It was definitely just what my family needed. It was slower paced than our normal summer family vacations, but I believe that’s what made it so perfect . Was a short walk to the beach from the house but wasn’t awful, was definitely nice having the private pool. Our 3 grandsons definitely loved that part. We had all the kitchen essentials needed for cooking our meals and was nice having the trading post right next door in walking distance if you needed something. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our family vacay and Charles was very responsive any time I contacted him prior to or during our stay with questions. The house is as described, very nice and clean. Our favorite part was being able to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the pool although it is a very close walk to the pool. I’m not sure who enjoyed the golf cart more, the grandkids or the Dads. :) The beach was not crowded at all which was great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this house. You will love it! It feels like home away from home. Thank you for great family memories that were made during our stay!

Marisa was a wonder host and made sure we had all the information we needed for our arrival. Our party included 7 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of room and space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It was nice that beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of pool towels were included. The ice machine and elevator were also a great amenity to have. We had easy access to the beach. There was plenty of room to set up chairs and a tent and didn’t feel crowded. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach house! The location is perfect—it's tucked away in a private area, giving us the peace and tranquility we were looking for. The house itself is modern and brand new, with the pool and all the amenities you could possibly need. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach. It's just a short walk away, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the sun and surf every day. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We LOVED our stay at Blanche's! Not only was the house very fairly priced for 6 nights, they allowed us to check in a couple of hours ahead of time after our 14 hour drive from VA. The house is extremely (impeccably) clean, has everything you could want and need out of a kitchen, felt spacious for the size, and you cannot beat the pool and hottub! We already miss the pool... The location was fantastic, just one short block from the nearest beach walkway which was an easy walk. The hosts are incredibly responsive, friendly, and kind. Our one hope for the next time we stay is that they upgrade the master bed itself because it's not as comfortable as our kid's bed was. Every other piece of furniture was great!!! And otherwise the place is flawless! You will not regret your stay. This is one of our very favorite AirBnB's we have ever been to and we are so excited to have found it for the next time we come to town (which we LOVE to do). Book this place, you will not be disappointed!!!! :)

This was our second stay at the house and it was even more special than our first! Weather was amazing ☀️ Our fur baby, Scout, had the absolute best time! He loved hanging at the house and strolling the beach 🏖️ The house was just perfect, it had everything we needed and was a great place to relax for the week. We loved the restaurants in Port St. Joe and met so many friendly people. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

The house was beautiful. I was not expecting so much road noise while sitting in the front porch. The beds are very firm. Other than that everything was wonderful.

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect the neighborhood was clean and everyone was friendly the beach was awesome very clean and so many shells the host thought of everything you would possibly need to make a vacation perfect from the golf cart to foil trays for the griddle grill which was amazing I am definitely buying my husband one

Amazing beach home that's perfect for a large family! Jason thought of everything when it came to kitchen utensils, appliances, beach towels, etc. Even laundry and dishwashing pods are abundantly provided. The welcome snacks left in both kitchens were a nice little touch as well. The upstairs has absolutely everything you need to make it your own retreat. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the balcony. The kitchen downstairs is well stocked with great quality items such as air fryer, blender, knife block, spice rack and even a cabinet with common spices, sauces, etc. Mexico Beach is quiet and much less crowded than PCB which was perfect for the toddler that came along with our group! Jason is quickly responsive when contacting thru the app. We couldn't have ask for a better host!

Laura’s house is lovely. She is a fantastic host and very easy to work with. Love the little town of PSJ, but not the brown water in the area. If I could take Laura’s house and place it where the water is blue, I would.

We absolutely loved Travis’s place! We have been to the beach countless times and this was our favorite place to stay over the years. It was exactly as described, if not better. Everything was quality from the linens to the mattresses. The view was great, it was so easy to cross the street and the wagon was so helpful to tote things. The restaurant next door was so convenient. The line was always long so we could walk over, put our name on the list and then Have a drink on our porch while we wait. The town was really cute too! Communication was excellent as well. We will def be back!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

We had an awesome stay! Just a short walk to the beach, it was the ideal spot for a relaxing family vacation. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and had very friendly neighbors. The owner was super helpful and responsive. There is a small pond a few blocks away where I liked to watch the birds in the evenings. Fishing was good on the beach too! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly beach escape!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was great and you are right next to the ocean! Cannot get much better than that. We also had 6 in our group and never felt crowded. Very spacious and a lot of areas to hang out. Even better the house allows the fur babies to join the vacation!

Beach, rinse, recharge and repeat. You're just footsteps away from the beach access over the dune to pristine white sands and shells. You can go 50 feet out before you're even waist deep so it's super safe for kids to play in the waves. Saw dolphins jumping out of the water, a stingray and the kids had a blast at sunset catching crabs with the provided buckets and nets. Also, just a short walk to groceries, beachware, fish market and the best little donut shop. We all slept great and house had plenty of room for a family of four. We really appreciated the updates, especially the nice new deck looking over the Gulf.

We had a great stay at Beach Lily! The distance to the beach boardwalk wasn’t too far with two kiddos and two beach wagons in tow! The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we needed. We loved being close to both Indian Pass and restaurants on the Cape. The space was also nicely set up for our family. Would stay again!

Vitamin Sea is an awesome getaway location, just a few steps to the water. The view was amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as described and our host always responded quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed the patio and grill. The beach was a short walk across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! We definitely recommend this space and would stay again!

Always a great vacation staying here. Great location, house is extremely clean and comfortable, and a great neighborhood. Jonathon and Kourtney are always on top of it. They made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Kimberly was very easy to work with. She was accommodating and very helpful. The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. I would definitely stay again. I think they are installing a pool which will be a nice enhancement, but either way a great place given that the beach is so close.

This is one of the most well appointed Airbnb homes we have rented. They have thought of every detail. It feels like a real home and not a sparsely decorated rental. It’s a short walk to all of the restaurants in downtown Port St Joe and has a beautiful view of the bay sunsets from the front porch. We brought our pup and she had a blast running around in the fenced back yard. The best part of this rental was the host. We had an issue with the AC that was beyond their control and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!
