It is truly gulf front, and only steps to the beautiful white sand, and the best part is it is 5 min walk to the famous TOOTSIES!! This unit is on the second floor. There is not a balcony or washer/dryer in the unit, however the Laundry room is on this floor, and there are community balconies right down the hall for your use. NO PETS!! Max 4
