There is an air conditioner and heaters. Electric blankets are on the beds in winter. The unit is cleaned by the owner and all recommended Covid-19 protocols are observed.

Peaceful and secure self-catering cottage with separate garden flat offering fully equipped family accommodation in a leafy suburb of Newlands adjacent to Keurboom Park. There are views of the mountain from the terrace, secure parking and a private walled garden with swimming pool. The main house sleep 4-5 (double, twin and single bedrooms) and the garden flat sleep 2-4 (double bedroom and sofa-bed in living room). Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!
