Monthly Rentals in Capezzano Pianore

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

My family and I visited this quiet apartment to explore the northern part of Tuscany. The check in was smooth, the host accommodated our arrival and was always available for our questions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the kitchen is superbly stocked with spices and dishes. We were able to warm up the cottage with central heating, which we especially like. The host offered for the last day that we could stay longer if we wanted. We would definitely come back to this appartement next time we explore this part of beautiful Italy.

It was perfect! Caterina and her husband Narciso are very hospitable and helpful. On site, Narciso always responded to inquiries and had good tips. The accommodation and especially the garden with pool are very nice. While we were not there, the hosts even took care of the maintenance (they live next door), which was extremely nice. The children have used the swings and the playhouse a lot. There were numerous possibilities to stay in the garden. A wine bar/enoteca, as well as a bakery and a supermarket, can be reached on foot. Perfect location also to reach the (free) beach at Viareggio/ Spiaggia di Torre del Lago, 15 min by car. The accommodation is also very conveniently located for day trips to Cinque Terre or Florence. We stayed at Chiara's place for a competition on the beach, during the April 25 bridge. We often return to Pietrasanta during this time and we were really satisfied with the location and accommodation in general. Chiara was very kind in providing us with all the check-in information, which we were late, coming from afar. Everything went smoothly and the stay was really pleasant. In the house we found everything you need, in the kitchen and bathroom: highly recommended! We hope to be back soon! Thanks!!
