We stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The house is very welcoming, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you need to cook on your own. A great point in favor is the possibility of parking the car on the property. Also, all rooms were super clean, the cleanliness was really impeccable. Cristian is a kind, helpful and attentive host. He was very flexible with the arrival time and made us find a basket with drinks and breakfast products, a very welcome welcome. Throughout the stay, communication was always simple and punctual. We highly recommend this apartment and thank Cristian for hosting!

It was a wonderful house, plenty of peace, babbling brook and a wonderful garden with sun loungers and a parasol. The terrace for dinner in the evening was also perfect. Everything you need for a good stay was in the house. There was a nice restaurant 2.5 kilometers away with super friendly service. We were able to let ourselves in, but Efisio still came by to meet us.

I often return to Filettino, I had a house for rent for 6 years until 2012. For me it is a place to go outside the vacation periods to fully enjoy the local climate. Walks nearby, breathtaking views especially in October, friendliness. The apartment is in a good location. Forget the flat roads, here you go up and down stairs to go to the village and enjoy the surroundings. Warm house in winter with fireplace and thermo-fireplace. Cool in the summer. Beautiful view of the valley.

This AirBNB was exceptional. It was extremely clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The street and building are both quiet. We arrived two hours late because we were so lost and they accommodated that, which we were so thankful for! We would definitely stay here again.
