The apartment is super comfortable and functional. The location is very good, close to the center, the restaurant area and many bar options. Also close to all the tourist/historical tours of the city.

Everything was super excellent. A luxury host. The security of the building is excellent. It accommodated both check-in and check-out times. Excellent in everything. I will have it as a place to stay for the next trips. I definitely recommend it 100% .. Super excellent. At home. Everything. Eternally grateful.

The house is great. It's a small room with a kitchen and bathroom that has a small balcony. I was there in May and it was excellent. It's not noisy. The space was very clean and the owner is super nice. It made entry and exit more flexible for convenience. He always responded quickly to everything I asked. Very kind and attentive. The shower is excellent. Very tasty and easy to regulate the temperature. The bed is very comfy. The blackout shades darken the room well. I have nothing to complain about. For me it was perfect. But if you need a large refrigerator, the apartment only has a small minibar (which was enough for me).

Since I arrived, the instructions for both agreeing to the entry and the rules have been very clear. Flexible in schedules, to try to agree and very kind in all the service, as well as to recommend places to know. The apartment is very well located for getting around on foot and in impeccable condition. Diego and Pia are very kind, I thank them and I hope to return 😊

I stayed at Camila's place for almost 2 weeks. The apartment is modern and perfect for a solo traveler. The balcony adds a nice touch — great for having breakfast there. There’s a supermarket nearby, and the river is just a block away if you feel like taking a nice walk. Overall, I had a great experience. 100% recommended!

I stayed at the property for one night. Anytime again. Supermarket is 1 minute away, the kitchen has the basics you need. There are very hip shops within walking distance. In the radius of 2-15 minutes walking distance around the apartment, I saw very cool pubs, bars, restaurants and visited some of them. Value is extremely good.

gorgeous place! 10/10 cleanliness. Very rich wood smell, everything was clean, there was not a single speck of dust flying around. The bathroom was impeccable, there was no smell of dampness, tartar, or anything strange. Excellent location: Güemes is beautiful. We came to Cordoba for a friend's birthday and the bar was a block away. 10/10 apartment: very good thermal insulation, good views, good heating, plenty of natural light, good hot water and water pressure. Very quiet too. I loved it! I would come back. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful apartment, clean and safe building, very bright, comfortable, modern, and with an incredible view from the balcony. Beautiful stay, from our arrival, Claudia made it easy for us to check in and check out. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and with everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is super quiet and has a supermarket and restaurants/cafes nearby I will definitely repeat the experience

Excellent place to enjoy a stay in the heart of the city, surrounded by places to eat and go out. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped, with a spectacular private terrace. Super recommended!

I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in Argentina and I will say this one is the only one I would actually recommend. The place is well taken care of, it doesn’t feel like it’s been used up, but actually feels like a home. Pros: Great clean bathroom Full kitchen Office Great location Furniture feels new and comfortable Con: Only thing that annoyed me was the strange noises in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment complete, for cooking, washing machine, placard with lots of space, nice view, all sweat clean, new bath towels with a good smell, the Depto is to stay for several days. We were with our 2 teenage children, there is a sofa bed in the living room , everything very comfortable. Felipe was very kind, he answered in the same minute that sent him messages, he welcomed us very well for check-in , with water, chips and chocolatitos, very nice gesture. The apartment is just as shown in the photos, very beautiful and in perfect condition! The location was extremely comfortable, allowing us to get around by foot without any inconvenience. Ramiro and his mom were great hosts, they made it easy to get in and out by being flexible with the schedule and they helped us with what we need. We would definitely come back.

Huge and spectacular apartment on the top floor with its own balcony terrace that takes all the lights next to the jacuzzi. Pablo is always attentive and Laura is super adorable. They greeted me with great kindness and affection towards my pet. The building also has its own garage, which is very useful, a patio and green space, a gym and a quincho, in addition to the pool upstairs. Very quiet area near hospitals, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. 10/10!

The apartment is great! Carolina was super responsive and the instructions were clear . It wasn't spotless in terms of cleanliness . Especially the hot tub , which we had to clean from top to bottom to use it! Otherwise everything else was clean (except floors) . But the impeccable sheets, the kitchen , the dishes the fridge everything was very clean . I highly recommend this apartment we had a great time!!!! Thanks for everything!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Housing Cordoba's place! The location was perfect for exploring visiting the cultural wonders found intue city, and the property itself was so clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Rocio was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. The jacuzzi was a real highlight. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!
