Mateo let me check in earlier,which helped me since I had a lot of luggage It was a few months stay The apartment was comfortable The neighborhood is residential,quiet,marked with a strong football culture There business on the block and restaurants You can also find some super markets There a park where you can go to relax Also note that there are some tourist spots nearby without having to go to the city center All in all it was pretty nice everything Best regards!

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and centrally located. Excellent, I would definitely come back.

It's a super comfortable and complete place. What you need is there. Everything is perfect. Very comfortable beds. The super-equipped kitchen with both crockery and breakfast necessities. The area is very nice and quiet. We definitely recommend it and will be back!

If you weren’t sure about staying here, let this review be a sign. If you are someone who values great communication with your host, a nice place to feel at home, a safe neighbourhood to walk around in, this is the perfect airbnb for you. I stayed at Leo’s place for a bit over a month and really loved my time there. The apartment was spotless, and looked exactly like the pictures, Leo was always so kind and helpful, and proactive without overbearing, with I value a lot. He was flexible and accommodated cleaning days with my schedule. The area is great for walking, lively but not loud. There is a plaza nearby, and a sushi restaurant 2m away, a coffee/ matcha spot, cafeterias and grocery stores if you feel like cooking. My favourite feature is the view, prepare yourself for breathtaking sunrises. Pink and orange skies mixed with the city’s skyline. Safe to say I would definitely stay again and recommend it to strangers on the internet:)

Apartment is perfect. Nice and quiet and also warm in winter and cool in summer. Very comfortable and perfect central location. My go to place in Cordoba.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Matias' apartment. Everything went perfect. The condition of the apartment was exceptional. Additionally, I found it to be a nice place to stay.

The apartment's location is 10, we walk, very close to everything. It's very nice, clean and tidy. The balcony is beautiful. The only observation is that my son slept on the couch and it was a little hard, but that's all. Our stay was perfect. Thank you very much

My experience was excellent from the end. The Host's instructions for finding the keys just 1 block from where the apartment is located are very clear. The place was impeccable, just as shown in the photos and descriptions: clean, well-scented, well-equipped and comfortable. A beautiful terrace, where you can sit on super comfortable benches and appreciate the streets of Nueva Córdoba. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable, it really exceeded my expectations. Communication was smooth and very friendly, and the host's commitment to making everything perfect was evident. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it (I already did🤭) and I would return without thinking. A ten!

Excellent apartment, we spent a wonderful few days as a family

Everything was excellent

The apartment is impeccable, very comfortable for two people. The neighborhood where it is located is ideal for those who, like us, are short on time; all the necessary shops are nearby. There is a lot of movement and it feels like a safe neighborhood. It is very close to the bus terminal, my daughter and I always walked everywhere. We really had a beautiful stay, nothing that made us feel uncomfortable. Lauti was always looking out for us.

We spent about two weeks in the apartment. The location is perfect. The security and service was excellent. The apartment is full of light and good ventilation. Whenever we need something, the answers were clear and prompt. Really very grateful for the service and received.
