The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

A charming, stylish 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Built in 1790 as a blacksmith shop named “The Town Ax," Blacksmith House was rebuilt in the early 1990's and renovated by the present owners in 2017. The roughhewn beams of the original structure are exposed in every room. Approached by a grand stone staircase, set in a lilac-lined hamlet with plantings, surrounded by wildflowers, furnished with antiques and primitive Americana, Blacksmith House radiates tranquility and graciousness with its full-width front porch and classic proportions.
