We had a good stay at NUVO QUARTIER. It’s a good efficient space. Walking distance from the grocery store and gym.

A very nice studio apartment, with everything necessary for long or short term stay at a very good price given the location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I stayed for several weeks and should I need to stay in Quebec again, especially for a long term stay, I would definitely go back!

Marie and Dany were excellent hosts. Everything was great right upon arrival. One of my favourite airbnb’s that I have stayed at and at a great value. Had everything I was looking for. Huge yard for my dog to play, excellent internet connection which is important to me since I work a lot on my computer. Only thing (which this may only be me) is it wasn’t as quiet as I was expecting, other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommend especially at the value, it can’t beat. Thanks Marie and Dany!

Great place. Peaceful and great view outside the window. Easy communication and check in/out. Clean and has everything needed.
