Monthly Rentals in Capitol Hill

Nice, clean unit in excellent location. Was able to walk two blocks to Library of Congress; three blocks to the U.S. Capitol & Folger Library. Easy bicycle ride to the mall & Nationals Baseball Park. Whole Foods & Harris Teeter grocery a short drive away. Coffee shop & breakfast diner just over a block up 2nd street. Host kindly got me an overnight street parking pass; this is huge as the parking garages are expensive. Would stay again.

Beautifully decorated studio with everything you’ll need. We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the U.S. Capitol, good restaurants. We’d stay here again when we come back to DC next time!

Modern and homey space with fancy new appliances. Barbi was super attentive. The unit is in a lovely part of Capitol Hill close to the Supreme Court and Capitol. Will definitely book again when in DC.
