Beach house holiday rentals in Capo Vaticano

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Il villino di Caterina è davvero perfetto per fare una vacanza a Tropea e Capo Vaticano. L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla bella baia dei riaci. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto e ha un bello spazio esterno dove prendere il sole o mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Casa molto ben attrezzata, spaziosa, con terrazza, giardino (comune) e parcheggio privato davanti a casa. Massima disponibilità e cortesia dell' host (Valeria). Non c'è l'accesso diretto al mare ma a poca distanza ci sono le più belle spiagge della Costa degli Dei. p.s. ricordarsi di portare o comprare quanto necessario per la cucina ed il bagno (sale, olio, detersivo, bagno schiuma ecc. ecc. , che non sono a disposizione)

Andrea und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut ! Die Einrichtung einfach , aber funktionell und durchaus der Beschreibung und Bildern entsprechend. Tatsächlich außergewöhnlich ist die Lage und die Aussicht !!! Eigentlich muss man die Unterkunft kaum verlassen , denn das Meer liegt einem sprichwörtlich zu Füßen. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Kurzurlaub . Daher 5 Sterne 🌟

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Leben am Meer. Im Grunde braucht man nur eine Badehose im Koffer mehr nicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht inkl. Klima. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber alles was man benötigt. Man wohnt direkt neben Salvatore der einem bei Bedarf immer zur Seite steht. Direkt neben dem Hausstrand ist noch ein bewirtschafteter Strandabschnitt. Es war ein Traumurlaub für uns.

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

Wir haben im Schatten der Pinien Ruhe gefunden, das Boccia Spielen für uns entdeckt, leckeres Gemüse aus dem Garten gegessen, den Weitblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Am Ende zeigte sich majestätisch der Stromboli, viel größer als gedacht. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben großen Respekt vor der vielen Arbeit die hinter der Unterhaltung dieses kleinen Garten Eden steht. Nicht zu vergessen den Prosecco und den vorzüglichen Espresso zur Begrüßung. Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen, Liegen und verweilen. Pool schön groß und gepflegt. Strand ein paar Laufschritte von der Haustür entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Unser Gastgeber Vincenzo war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen tollen Service gegeben. Danke 👍🏻

Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

Amazing house, six comfortable sleeping rooms each with bathrooms guaranteed a lot of freedom and private sphere to me and my friends, we were 11 in total, with kids. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, the huge garden, the quiet location and the vicinity to Tropea. Check-in and out were smooth and Michela was quickly helping out when needed. It's easy to give this accommodation 5 stars. See you next time!

Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen Ferien sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und nur einige Gehminuten zum Pool, Bar und Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig und in der Küche gab es alles was man brauchte. Duschtücher und Handtücher sind auch bereit gelegen. Michelle und die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft von Alex und Julia hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Oben auf der Dachterasse hatten wir ein tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und in die Berge. Wir können die Unterkunft mit der tollen Lage bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing experience! Villa is situated on top of the mountain with the view to the sea, less than 10 minutes drive to Tropea. Everything is brand new, the swimming pool is a must during the summer therefore i would definitely recommend. Quiet area during the night, there are still works happening within the surroundings during the day as this is a new place but that is out of Emma's control. The place ia very safe and the host is very friendly and available.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in uno degli appartamenti di fortunato, uno al primo piano con terrazza sulla quale abbiamo ammirato il mare ogni giorno. L' intera villa è ben curata nella pulizia, nel giardino e negli spazi comuni. la posizione è ottima vicinissima alla spiaggia privata con ombrellone e sdraio compresa nel prezzo ed ottima anche per visitare i dintorni. I servizi come bancomat, poste, supermercati ecc sono a pochi minuti di macchina. I mobili dell appartamento sono un po' datati ma comunque in buonissimo stato e funzionali. La villa è gestita da fortunato e la sua famiglia e tutti si danno da fare per fare in modo che gli ospiti stiano bene durante il soggiorno, sono cordiali disponibili e alla mano.. sono sempre pronti a consigliare qualora gli venga richiesto. Noi siamo stati benissimo.

Villa Arianna was such a great find. The view from the terrace alone is worth every penny. The beach was also spectacular, very clean with cristal clear waters. Thomas was a very attentive host, we felt looked after. We’d love to return for a longer stay next time.

alloggio immerso nel verde con splendida vista mare, provvisto di tutto il necessario compresa biancheria. pulito e perfetto per chi ha animali. la signora Carmela è stata gentilissima, disponibile. lo consiglio vivamente anche per la posizione strategica per visitare le numerose spiagge e località della Costa degli dei.

Villa Sirena is perfection. The pictures do not do it justice. We were met by Lidia who walked our family through the space and informed us of all we needed to know to have a great week. We were a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and outdoor spaces. The terraces and views were unbelievable. There were fruit trees all over the property, seating on the patio, a fire pit, and even a bit of sand for the kids to play in. Patrick and Ondine were fantastic hosts and were so accommodating for the babies in our families by providing cribs and a baby gate. They were quick to respond to any concern or need. We had plenty of room in the driveway for our cars, but a warning that the road down to the villa and to the beach is tight, so be sure to rent small cars! Overall, Patrick, Ondine, & Lidia helped our family to make memories we will never forget! Don’t think twice. Buona vacanza!

Piccola abitazione ben arredata e fornita di quasi tutto il necessario per un breve alloggio. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare di Roccella a piedi. Host molto gentile e reattivo nella risposta.

Eine herrliche, einfache und ruhige Unterkunft alles vorhanden was man im Apartment benötigt und zusätzlich mit freundlichen und aufmerksamen Empfang von Francesco. Sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch nicht weit von der bezaubernden Stadt Tropea entfernt. Parkplatz vor Apartment vorhanden Ein guter Tip! Empfehlenswert

Excelente alojamiento, pasamos unos dias hermosos en Pizzo y la ubicacion del lugar era excelente. Cerca del centro historico, del mirador principal con vista panoramica y de todos los restaurantes y heladerías. El apartamento muy comodo para 5 personas, volveremos a Pizzo pronto!
