The apartment is a small open-plan space divided into a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a kitchen, and a large bathroom. It can only accommodate two adults. Located 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona, and 25 km from Locarno. Nearby is the Splash & Spa Tamaro and the CMFG ARENA, a multi-sport center, in Sigirino.

Casa Talamona is one of the oldest medieval residences within the old city walls in the center of Sala Capriasca (the birthplace of the well-known Swiss-Argentinian poet Alfonsina Storni). The grocery store and the public transport stop connecting Sala to Lugano are 50 meters away. The two-room apartment, which overlooks the private garden, is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.
