This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. This spacious and modern 50m2 loft/duplex is located in the Vista Alegre area, on the southern outskirts of Madrid. With room for up to 4 guests, you'll find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The studio is a ground floor duplex on the street, so you enter directly from the street. As you can see in the photos, the loft/duplex consists of the following spaces: FLOOR 0: * a living room area with a sofa and a TV, * a dining area with a dining table next to the kitchen, * a rest area with a 150x190 double bed that has no partition or door, although it is somewhat set back from the living-dining area, and * a full bathroom with a shower with screen. The sink and shower area are open to the lounging area, and the toilet area is separated by a translucent sliding door. FLOOR 1: * a second lounging area upstairs with two 90x190 twin beds that also does not have a door, although it is on the 1st floor, separated from the living area, and * a full bathroom with shower. Again, the washbasin area is open to the bedroom, and the shower and toilet area are separated by a translucent sliding door. On the other hand, being located at street level, it may be a bit noisy at times. This is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guests have access to the entire room. Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning and heating through a split-type air conditioner with a heat pump in the ceiling (although it heats the entire house as it is an open space). It works by means of a remote control hanging on the living room wall. The hot water works through a 76-liter electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then, it is necessary to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you'll be arriving after 8:00 pm, please read the House Rules carefully so that we can organize things. :)
