Yuruany was an excellent host. The house inside was just as pictured. AC in every room, beds were very comfortable, and had all of the amenities of home. The location is central to Cancun, easy to get around, and quiet. Yuruany was very receptive to our needs, quick response, and professional. Definitely, recommend staying here for anyone.

The place was beautiful, definitely worth it if you want a more private area to come back to after your day. Very spacious, 3 floors, and the room on the top floor is gorgeous.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was really done to make us comfortable. Hendrick is really very friendly, very responsive and very efficient. He arranged transportation for our trips from our arrival at the airport to our departure (including trips between our different Airbnbs). At the location of the house, I think it's good to have a car or take taxis to visit.

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

A great stay! Lots of spaces. Convenient location, a quick drive to anywhere in Cancun. Neighborhood outside of the gated community is very run down, but it did not feel unsafe. The gated community was friendly. Comfortable beds.

everything was perfect just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean is as described. very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I stop by

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

Great host!

The place is really cute. Feels like I’m staying at my gmas house. It was definitely an authentic Mexico house. Nothing fancy. Pros- gated, pool, local restaurants and mini store, AC in rooms, water somewhat warm, stove was great. Fans were a big save. Pillows were nice. Cons- a few bugs (4) were killed. Dishes are outdated and blender was dirty. I had to pull it apart to clean the buildup that was in the blade area. It’s hot in the living room area. The patio furniture is outdated. Beds are more on the harder side. No blankets just sheets. Again- I loved the stay for the most part because it felt like a normal Mex home but I was not looking for a fancy stay with this one.

The room was a a described and clean! The host was very accommodating and responsive to questions/concerns. The location is ideal for someone that is looking to feel like a local. It’s in a friendly neighborhood, near nice cafes and coffee shops! I enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

For seclusion and relaxation this is the spot! Pictures represent reality. From Cancun airport to ferry, ask host for R/T transfers (only $100) for peace of mind. Take taxi from ferry to house for only $10-15. Ezekiel was there to great us and he can also do a grocery run for you in advance. House has HUGE bedrooms, will host 8 ppl easily with room to spare. The private beach is exactly that - private! Homes, not hotels, on each side of property; all with their own beach. No construction noise for us while there. This side of island has calm waters unlike other side. Owners have removed seaweed out to 20 feet in the water. The seaweed is like short grass in your yard. It's not a big deal. We had a chef come and cook breakfast and supper for $170. They arranged golf cart for $120/day. Huge Chedraui grocery store is only 7min cart ride away; North beach less than 15. Ulan restaurant was amazing. Communication with host was outstanding. First time to island and HIGHLY recommend this home!

Waves crashing right outside the window, waking up to the sunrise over the water, the tiny bar next door to grab an evening beer and listen to live music as the sun goes down. Walking distance to all of the north end restaurants, beaches and shops. This room is not fancy or luxurious but if you want a simple, affordable place to sleep with amazing views, it’s perfect!

We loved the apartment, it was beautiful. The bed is comfy and the view of the roof top was superb. We see the ocean and the shark tower;-)

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. It was my first time to the Isla. The people are very friendly the food was great lots of home made bread at the restaurants. Marcella is great at communicating and Yesse the home care person was very sweet and helpful accept there wasn’t any drinking water Yesse had to go to the store and get it for us instead of them already having it in the kitchen. Other than that it was great. You have to have a golf cart for getting to North beach and to town , there’s two really good restaurants next to the apt and a beach across the street w snorkeling, chairs and umbrellas. You pay for chairs and umbrellas same like Hawaii. Aloha!
