Very easy and quiet place to get to, with good communication and tips, it was easy to enter the building and the apartment. Bacana, good condominium and well-structured, clean and organized apartment, plus spacious. Some leaks in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a small problem with the hairdryer, but nothing that hindered the trip.

The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my siblings felt very secure inside the building. It has market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach can also walk and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to come back because we did just a knock and come back! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towel.

I chose Mário's place to spend a few days relaxing and celebrating my daughter's one-year anniversary. The apartment is large and well equipped. The condominium has everything, it's very quiet and the neighbors are cordial. We love the pool, the game room, the kids space and also the well-equipped BBQ space. Besides all the condominium is very close to the beach, we don't need the car for anything. I miss breakfast with that sensational view.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!

i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again.
