Our stay in this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful and decorated. We find everything impeccably clean and organized, and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We love the balcony, which had a beautiful view! The location is one of the great highlights! The proximity of the beach made our tours much easier. In addition, we found great markets and restaurants just minutes away. It was very easy to get around the area. Ana was very attentive and we feel very welcome. We definitely intend to return soon to enjoy this amazing space again. We strongly recommend this apartment for those looking for comfort, beauty and a privileged location near the beach!

Very comfortable, clean, brand new apartment. Air conditioning working perfectly, great shower. The only extremely NEGATIVE point was vacancy 26. Because an Hb20 car did not fit. However, the host promptly responded, making spot 28 available, where we were able to park.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

The listing is exactly like the listing. There is a very desirable amenity and privacy and Francesca is a top quality host. We will certainly return!!

Everything is good, no comments, because the building is at the foot of the sand, where the seawater hits the building, and the apartment overlooks the entire sea and its surroundings. From the apartment you can see Pedra do Jacaré and the beautiful island.

The home was cozy and very nice! The property was well maintained and very lovely. We loved staying here and would definitely return :)

It was all very good, the bad thing was that it was a bit of time closed, but it didn't stop us from going to the beach, the sea in front was quite agitated, I received recommendations from Mrs. Rúbia to go to the beach of Cocanha, arriving there, we like the place very much, recommend and would return again, a very clean and organized place, all very good

We loved the condominium, great structure, in the apartment with great location, pool of the wonderful condominium we took several days of sunshine, several good beaches nearby, we could go to Ubatuba, Karina responds quickly solved our problem quickly. The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my siblings felt very secure inside the building. It has market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach can also walk and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without fear and I hope to have the opportunity to come back because we did just a knock and come back! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towel.

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!

Casa located in a very safe condominium, the cleaning, utensils and the leisure area is the advantage of the house. Paulo was polite and helpful whenever necessary, still released the checkin a few hours earlier. I recommend it!

We spent a week in the apartment, quiet region, the house has everything you need to make food like stove, air frayer, microwave, some kitchen items, we spend only on the market and save a lot. We slept in the living room because it was very hot in the bedroom and the fans did not work out, but the bed sofa is very comfortable to sleep. We very much like the place and the quieter beaches: Cocanha and Mococa, are clean, have a boat trip to the island of Tamanduá... Keylando always responded quickly, willing to give us information we needed. We felt at home, we wanted to stay longer. It was wonderful!!!

My stay at Sonia's place was excellent! She was a super attentive, helpful, and kind host throughout the entire experience. The place is very cozy, well taken care and exactly as in the photos The location is great, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend hosting Sônia and would definitely stay there again.
