Holiday rentals with breakfast in Carbon County

My stay was very comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled and defined (Mark makes great use of his label maker - lol) The stay included complementary breakfast fixings with a neat grill for building breakfast sandwiches. Great follow-through and text communication for any questions. My only complaint is my stay was too short.

What a beautiful location! We were in town to go to the college’s graduation ceremony and I booked Norma and Wayne’s windy hill lodge. I arrived at 10 PM after a 9 hour trip, but what a comfort it was when I got inside (easy)! It was warm and inviting, lots of snacks and refrigerated items and a “lifesaving” chicken nuggets in the freezer — I was starving and hadn’t eaten since noon! The decor matches my love of horses (I have two rescued thoroughbreds!) the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable (my brother stayed the second night and he said he had a great sleep!) We both got a tour of the barn, admired the fields, and we loved talking to Wayne about how it all “worked”! We wished we had more time to just hang out there, but we had all the family activities one enjoys in Easton during graduation weekends! Thank you for everything!!!

We stayed here while visiting family during the HS graduation of my niece and nephew. For us the location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was gorgeous, well stocked, and super inviting and functional. They are making some updates to the space but they went to great ends to make it presentable and everything was fully functional. Joshua was a great host. He was super easy to work with and communicative. We did not have any issues with our stay. Check in was a breeze. Check out even easier. I think that was my only question to confirm the check out process. He made it so easy, I felt like I had to confirm that nothing else was required. But, yes, it really was that easy. Would definitely stay again of the home is available.

Beautiful, Clean, and Convenient Stay The Tobyhanna home was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully updated. Jeremy was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. The home felt very welcoming and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently located near shopping centers and just a short drive to Kalahari Resort, which made our trip smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this home to others!

KinderHawk Schoolhouse was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to unwind from our busy lives. This place delivered. The schoolhouse itself is quaint and charming. It has everything and more. The welcome basket was very appreciated. The surroundings are beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the farm animals at the farm across the street and bird watching. We enjoyed the outside fire pit and also the indoor fireplace on the cool evenings. We hiked Hawk mountain which is 2 miles up the road. It has spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. I wish we stayed longer. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I made a last minute decision to travel to Allentown for my son's baseball games with the Ironpigs. I needed to bring my dog. Victoria's house was easy to find and in a great location! The house was very clean, cozy and quiet in a great neighborhood. The yard is large and the porch was my dog's favorite place. We will definitely visit again!

I hosted Christmas for my family here and Abigail was super flexible with our check-out time which helped a lot because I had my parents come in the morning and that added time for us to celebrate together. The house was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, and bathrooms so modern. The house was straight out of a magazine. It was a peaceful stay and the Christmas decor (including a tree filly decorated) made it perfect for our holiday! ❤️🎄⛄️❄️ *My only concerns were that the roads in the community aren't paved so driving up to the house was a little challenging. I did slide and get stuck going up the road as I drove to the house. We did have to walk through the snow a bit because the steps had snow and there wasn't a path to the front door, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The ease of booking this stay and beauty of the home more than made up for those very small inconveniences. Thank you Abigail for a lovely stay! We would love to stay again sometime! (:

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, which was super helpful. Clean nice place, and close to a trail and park!

I enjoyed my stay here. Lisa was very nice and very responsive if you ever needed anything. Everything looked the same as in the pictures, very cozy place to stay.

This is hands-down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Brenda’s 60s suite is a true gem—thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and full of charm. Every detail, from the vintage decor to the modern amenities, felt intentional and elevated the entire experience. The space was not only stylish but incredibly comfortable—cozy bed, plush linens, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. Brenda herself was the perfect host: warm, responsive, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable stay. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, book it. It’s a rare find and an absolute standout.

Jess's place was just as described. It was just what we were looking for. My kids had fun feeding the animals. The place was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. It was secluded like we want it to but also a close drive to town.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! Gail was nothing but warm, welcoming, and sweet. Beautiful atmosphere and super easy to fall in love with. Will be booking another stay as soon as possible.

My partner and I stayed Memorial Day weekend and it was our most incredibly memorable one to date (haha). Claytonna was incredbily kind and thoughtful of our arrival time and of our needs. The bedding and pillows were the most luxorious things I have ever slept on and in, in a very long time and left wanting to take one home with me. Breakfast was always an affair of conversation and liveliness that helped us get started on our day. We booked this for its location near Rickett's Glenn park as we were interested in taking some hikes there, Claytonna gave us great insight into what to take, weather and best times to go! We will definitely consider staying here again and will be recommending it to all our family and friends!

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. The Tiffany Suite was beautiful and luxurious, and the grounds were so peaceful, including the private hot tub. Julia & Stan were kind and welcoming hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed. They served us a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning and gave us a great dinner recommendation less than 5 minutes away. Treat yourself to this lovely romantic getaway! We would love to come back!

Over and above in accomodating my needs. Felt like family. I will be coming back for a vacation and referring others. The place was the cleanest and most comfortable stay I have ever experienced. Amazing and beautiful property; great for taking a walk and taking in nature.

Dogs are well behaved and like people. They are kept away unless you are Ok meeting them. if you are an animal lover this is an excellent place

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and we had a pleasant and peaceful experience. Cleanliness and safety were at the top of my list, and this property met my expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I had the most wonderful stay. Such a peaceful setting and a beautiful surrounding area for hiking. Kathleen was so hospitable. Great kitchen, cozy living room, comfy bed, good food. I would definitely go back again.

This is a lovely location. There's a fair amount of traffic on the nearby bridge, but it was totally quiet by 10 pm and peaceful until about 7:30 am. The room was small but well appointed and supplied with everything promised. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and generous. This was an exceptionally nice 3-day getaway.
