Idéal pour se ressourcer seul ou en couple ,se balader à pied , en vélo ( des pistes cyclables et un loueur de vélo au pied de la résidence) près du lac et l’océan .pas de wifi .pas de télé Le centre ville avec restaurants, magasins , activités nautiques sont à 400m à pied, l’océan Carcans plage est à 4 kms , Lacanau-Ocean à 14 kms . Bombannes avec sa forêt domaniale et sa diversité d’activités au près du lac sont à 3 kms .

Nous louons cette villa nouvellement construite pour les familles qui souhaiteraient passer un séjour face au lac. La plage et sa baignade surveillée est en face, la piste cyclable pour aller a Lacanau ou océan à 6 km La maison est entièrement climatisée, chauffée, réglable dans chaque pièce. Trois terrasses vous permettront de prendre vos repas ou vous reposer. Le ménage de fin de séjour doit etre fait par les locataires. Ou, sur demande, laissé a la charge des hôtes pour la somme de 180€.

"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Studio located on the 1st floor with stairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have a free parking space (automatic barrier with electronic box), a key box will allow you to access the studio. Inside, shower room with separate toilet, equipped kitchenette, seating area with 160 cm bench/bed, storage and video projector.

Located 50 meters from Moutchic Beach, on Lake Lacanau, close to bike paths (5 km from the ocean). Guests can enjoy the beach, lake and water sports (paddle, sail, surf, bike rental), but also hiking, forest walks and discovering the flora and fauna.
