The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The accommodation is on the first floor of a beautiful 18th-century house surrounded by greenery and one kilometer from the center of Orta San Giulio and the lake of the same name. It has been recently renovated and consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a double bed, a bathroom, and a large garden available. Domus9 is an apartment on the ground floor of Domus Cusiana, a residential complex with a beautiful sunny garden, swimming pool and views of the lake and the Sacro Monte di Orta. It is the only apartment directly overlooking the common pool, it was built in an old cellar, so it is a bit dark but in summer it is the coolest of the complex!!! It has a large private porch where you can relax and enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.
